Our customer support team are focused on resolving issues as quickly as possible because they measure their success in terms of positive feedback and response times. We don't always get it right but equally what gets reported on here isn't always a true reflection of the issue.

So far in cloudbet I don't have any problems when it come with withdrawal. You just need to wait in withdrawing from exchanges and gambling sites like cloudbet since they are doing withdrawals manually. That's why it will take time

I am using Nitrogensports and the same with Cloudbet, your winning bet needs to be graded in order to receive the amount you won. Sometimes it also took hours. Maybe I will transfer to other sports book site but who is more reliable than Nitrogensports? Few years ago, Cloudbet has red trusts for being shady and seeing this thread now won't make Cloudbet any better than Nitrogensports. I am also considering fiat-based sports book if Nitrogensports turns to worst.

Didn’t experience this before and all my withdrawals are smooth and no delays at all. You have to contact the support and nothing to worry about because they are good, maybe there are some concern about the amount of your withdrawal, place on where you live and many more.

Your pool is non sense, you should revise that.

About your problem,.. can you give us a little update on it, you are just talking about delayed withdrawal here and I think there is a reason why it happen.
Everyone has their own favorite sportsbook and personally cloudbet is not one of my favorites for personal reasons.
Lastly, if ever this problem has been sorted, kindly lock the thread to avoid repetitive posts, or make a scam accusation about the site if you are not satisfied with their response.

When there is activity changes in your account in recent time then they may process your withdrawal after manual verification,even you might asked for some clarification.Be prepared for it.

Did they process your withdrawal yet? This is very sad news though this might harm their reputation on this forum. Cloudbet has been here for a long time so they didn't give you a chance to be careful. In crypto, 53 hours is a lot of time Bitcoin price went up over $500 though it's good for you but things could get worse for you. I hope you get your funds back. Since already a long time passed you should move your thread to Scam accusation board & edit your thread with more details.

If it's really proven 53 hours to make a withdrawal then all you have to do is send a support ticket. Usually every gambling site there must be things related to the report for any problem.

In my recent use of the site I haven't had any issue regarding withdrawal, I guess if you are requesting larger amounts then that may have some issues regarding fees, and if any given problems you should contact the sites customer service and tell them what may have the delay with your withdrawal, I have some issues regarding my withdrawal but on other gambling site and after contacting their service provider they issue some codes to be filled in their withdrawal system and that should solve my problem,

Anyway regarding Cloudbet they are a trusted site in the forum and I guess there must be difficulties with the system and the gambling site isn't 100% with the system so you need to contact their service that you are having trouble with their site with something.

Never had any problems in withdrawals from Cloudbet myself. I can attest that they sometimes do manual withdrawals and confirmations on requests higher than 0.1BTC and I think other gambling platforms do too, although in a much higher threshold. A simple bump to your request may have done it, or they might have undergone emergency maintenance through which your withdrawals might be stuck into. Or it could be that their hot wallet ran out of funds that's why they can't get you your withdrawals on a timely manner. Either way, just send them an email and outline your situation.

A lot of users of Cloudbet also complained about their poor live bet systems. If OP placed a bet on one of those events, then he/she will be added to the statistics of people having a hard time getting their wins on a live bet on the said platform.

First OP said that the incorrect verification is already corrected so I think that is wasn’t the issue all the way for withdrawal(though in some point yes it may)

Second yeah we knew withdrawal is not perfect but not to the extent that will took more than 2 days because if does then there must be a problem in their system and not the congestion

Do you contact the support system and ask about your problem? Did you can see the transaction has already processed and gets confirmed on the network or not? I think the best thing that you can do is ask them so you will know the real answer and they will help you to solve the problem. I don't think Cloudbet will take your money because that will relate to their reputations among the gamblers. But I never get a win in their site so I never withdraw any money from them.

It would be nice if you would share so we will have an idea on the possible root cause of your problem.

Cloudbet has been here for many years already, the have some scam accusations in the past that involves a big amount but they were able to solve it.
If the amount was still withheld and you not getting any answer, you are actually free to make a scam accusation.

In the past they used to have a few problems but quite from sometime now they process withdrawals of lower amounts within minutes.

You may be subject to extra auditing because of the amount you withdrawed,if it is a big amount they do general checks,if the problem still persist contact support or write in their thread here in the gambling section.

I have been using cloudbet for a long time already and I didn't see any problems with them regarding the withdrawal process.

The best thing to do is to post in their official ANN thread which has been posted here in your thread and share your problem. There is also a customer support there and they are responding after a few minutes. Well that is what I've experienced when I'm facing some problems, they respond to me fast.

This is probably because of the amount that was withdrawn from your account. I haven't ran into any problems yet. My withdrawals we're BTC.015 on average and they're processed in a minute. There's few users who had problems on withdrawals one of them seem to be experiencing the same delays and the amount was BTC0.1. Withdrawals might be manually processed once the amount is above or close to BTC0.1.
