I am unable to make a bet on the Jets/Bills game - I get a 'groundsmen are looking into the issue' response.  

Not sure what that means.  I am a new user and would like to know how to proceed.  

More info (if needed) can be provided via pm.  It's a small amount of 'play money' but money nonetheless...

Indeed, they have now fixed the affiliate withdrawal issue now (the one where if you tried to withdraw you would get the error message "Error withdrawing funds. Reason: #"). Thanks for getting around to it, my withdrawal is now listed as "pending" so I look forward to seeing it go through soon Smiley

Still waiting for them to fix their affiliate panel's withdrawals myself. I'm annoyed with how long I've been unable to withdraw for at this point, it was supposed to have been passed up and they could have at least manually processed my withdrawal Undecided

Can you get this fixed? A little bit annoying. Especially with about $100 sitting in there.

I just got a response to my email about this telling me that in my deposit history I have a deposit with less than 3 confirmations and therefore I can't withdraw until then.

...what? I have never deposited to Cloudbet, I'm just an affiliate.

Edit: Apparently this is being looked into so I'm satisfied.

So you require me (or/and others) to contact you via registred email address.    
This required condition opened my eyes that earlier i had a security issue on your site and so perhaps these two things are connected
I shared this issue here with Peeps Place in private message 2 months ago.  (i have screenshots on it.)

I recommed all cloudbet customers to turn on 2-Step authentication if they do not want to lose all their funds.

Pfff.. Just change your name and contact them with your registered email. Move on.

If you don't trust them 2-step will not help in any way will it?



It happened to me once that i was logged in into another user's account.  
I was logged in while I was idle on the live betting site for some hours and after i refreshed the page i found myself in another user's account .
If this could happen with me then it could happen to everyone and if you have no 2-Step authentication enabled then the other customer can withdraw all your funds.

Cloudbet can detect this via IP addresses, so perhaps they already know about it, but of course they wont publish this security issue.  (cookie or else i do not know)

You know all the necesserly data.

You have to settle all pending bets, there is no need to contact to you.
You have to settle not only my bets but all those bets (from other customers)  that already ended.  

You are a bookmaker if a match ends then you have to settle the bets accordingly.  

What if i do not contact you via my registered email, you will never settle those pending bets?  Who are you? Are you a bookmaker?


Do not help me, do what is your job, settle all pending bets in your database which should have been settled more than 3 6 and 9 days.

Cloudbet settled my pending bets two days ago (first time 3 pending bets from 5, 12 hours later the last two one).
2 of my bets were settled 10 days after the event date.

Today I got a new email from cloudbet.

So cloudbet already settled my bets but they are not aware of this.  
So i think cloudbet has no full control of their site/database/engine.

Cloudbet  told  me  my withdraw action   was  completed  and  successful but  after  36hrs  I  didnt receive  my btc.

the  hash link  leads me to  the web of blockchain  and  it shows "Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database"

where  is my  btc ??
