When you first deposited to Cloudbet we credited your bonus account with the equivalent amount. You have since received all of that credit into your betting account as a result of earning loyalty points. As you have exhausted your full first deposit bonus, after your contacted us we then offered you an additional bonus that has now been credited to your bonus account - this will be released into your betting account and be available for you to bet with or withdraw once you earn the loyalty points needed to do so.

its almost 40 hours + since the site is inactive, and the cloudbet account doesnt say anything regarding this , this is what makes a sites with account feature is really disadvataging at a time like this when we tried to withdraw our coins due to the price going down
