For what its worth, I've placed a HUGE number of bets at cloudbet, mostly sports bets, and haven't had any problems, other than an occasionally buggy interface (FIX THE DAMN ODDS HAVE CHANGED issue so I can place large parlay bets). I don't for a second believe they scammed anyone, at worst the buggy interface never updated that the bets weren't taken, but more than likely leen93 placed a bet that was either too high, or where the odds changed during the bet. For a second it looks like the money is taken out of your account, but then it pops back the bet was refused for whatever reason. He probably missed it and assumed everything was ok. A bad interface on cloudbets part, no doubt, but not a scam.
I personally am up about 500% over what I deposited, so if they were looking to scam somebody, I'm pretty sure they would be doing it to me. I've taken money out and put money in with no issues, other than a slight delay once.
Echo this sentiment on the "Odds have changed" bug. I e-mail once a week on this. Support responds but usually after the events in question. Very silly bug that is probably easily fixable.
You should start offering bounties on bug reports. I've got plenty of them.
