For example, on high profile events such as NFL games we will allow straight bets of up to 20 BTC on the day of the game. Our limits are calculated in order to maintain a responsible level of risk, such that we will always be capable of paying all winning bets and maintain a sustainable sportsbook.

BTC sportsbooks normally allow anonymous registration.
I clicked on Register, and it asks for my birthdate.
That is not normal for a btc book.
It also contradicts your FAQ:

No, all you need to create an account and start betting is a valid email address."
2) "5.1.8. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs."

Regarding the registration information, all we require and will ever ask for is an email address and birth date - the birth date in order to verify that players are over the age of 18.
The 5% handling charge has not yet been applied to any withdrawals, and will not be applied to genuine bettors using our site. It is included in our terms and conditions to allow us to recover costs in the event that individuals deposit and withdraw large amounts of bitcoin without using our sportsbook or casino.
As for withdrawals, the vast majority are processed instantly. In most cases, your withdrawal hits the blockchain the second you hit the withdraw button. Since a few months I'm a regular sportsbetter at cloudbet, but now I just placed a live bet on bröndby if - randers fc 1 (odd was between 6 and 7 at that moment) (a bit more than 1.9 btc, the maximum bet i could make and the odd was between 6 and 7 at that moment, sorry, i don't remember the exact numbers and can't look them up since cloudbet just deleted my bet). I got the green message in the corner: your bet is succesfully submitted (and the money as debited from my account), so i was happy, after the match I went back to their site and everything just looks like before, the amount which was debited from my account is now credited again and the bet is not in the bet history.
I'll contact them now about this issue but since I don't have a lot of trust in them anymore I'm warning you now already:

... nothing can be done !!Maybe they can work on a system, where the odds are updated in a few seconds interval. Live betting has always been a problem on the site, however the normal betting works just fine.
