Hi all,
Earlier this week, we deployed a new sports betting backend system. There were a few hiccups that in some circumstances caused slow settling of bets and delays in price updates. We have now resolved the issues, and bets are settling quickly as per normal and prices are being updated quickly.
The new backend will allow us to roll out many new features over the coming weeks, including a new mobile sportsbook, many more markets, and higher betting limits. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition period - I can assure you that it will be worth the wait.

Do you still have delays in processing winning bets?
Once again all my coins are stucked there since 3 hours ago, waiting to be accredited.

i got my coins after 10 minutes after my winning bets
everything went pretty smooth!
The problem is not withdrawing...actually I admir, that every time I´ve made withdraws, they were pretty quick.
The delays are on some winning bet, which sometimes take more than one day to be settled.
Actually once again I have one winning bet still pending for more than 7 hours...

Some time these things sucks too much we are losing and they are taking money very quickly and as we start to win they stop withdraws just because of this many members don't like to take chances here in bitcoin betting sites Once again all my coins are stucked there since 3 hours ago, waiting to be accredited.

I know it seems like on these sites that if you lose, the bet gets marked as a loss right away and you lose the funds. If you win it takes forever to be graded and then withdrawals take a while too!

Can somebody please explain me why has my ballance on Cloudbet went from 0.1BTC to -0.28 BTC. I've sent over 3 emails to Cloudbet and nobody is responding me at all !!!! This is outrageous!!!!!! I want my money back!!!!!

Are you going to add some alt coins also like litecoin and Dogecoin I like to play with them but you have no this option

I´m definetly quiting Cloudbet....
The site is extremely slow. I´ve tried with several browsers (Safari, Firefox, Opera), and no way...
Because of the site´s speed, I have lost a huge amount of btc, as not being able to place live bets when i need to do it.
By the way, since 5 or 6 days ago, It´s almost imposible to bet on live soccer. Scores and odds are not updated, and when you place a bet it´s always rejected, with an "odds have changed" message.
Also, winning bets, are sometimes processed with upto 6 hours of delay, which obviously makes me lose lots of betting oportunities.
Hope yo improve this ASAP, I have no doubt you are the biggest and most trustable bitcoin betting site....but for the time being, although I have to do it in FIAT, I prefer to use other platforms.
