Gather all your evidences and properly post it in the OP and be specific on what you really need.
Evidence is what the community is looking here and you'll get the support if they evaluate the evidence and they see you are getting scam here.

AFAIR, there are already number of scam accusations about this site, but the good thing is they were able to answer and solve the problem.
hopefully you'll get the solution soon, but please follow my advice.

Thank you for advice. But I still hope that they will find their error where my money lost and reply here.
But for now they just keep silence and I think they stole my money.

You forgot about this one. Did you know how to clear your cache or cookies?

I've 2 way to make it.
1. You can clear all your history browser, then you can go to revisit clouldbet

2. Or you can push button F12 on your keyboard (make sure you push F12 on site couldbet) , Go to Application > Click Cookies > then click righ on https of clouldbet > click clear. So there you go to relogin to the website.

Lemme know if it's work and solved.

This does not work. Local cache can not affect on the information in their database. That why asked Lorena to check my balance directly in their database. Even if I clear cache million times - this will not change absolutely nothing! She could also advise me to restart computer with the same result.

I asked in support from Lorena. She is at least very strange human. She said that money (43+ mbtc) was returned and said my balance is 0.0008111.
I don't know how she works in support with her head.
