I wonder if they'll disappear or will develop as a service
How can a casino just disappear with out paying out withdrawals? Unless they want a major lawsuit from all their players all at once to happen. Which they will lose more in that situation than paying out.

Anyone else having problems with getting their money from cloudbet. I am getting a little worried because I have found a few posts that indicate their customer service scams a few people every month because they know they can get away with it, or that they are exiting soon. I googled cloudbet scams, and this is what I am reading?

I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I have been with them for a long time now, and they never have taken this long or have been so vague in their customer service responses. It is unusual for them. Another post stated that they are so big now that if they screw a few customers every month here or there it will not hurt them at all. The few who do post will just be told by others who do get their money that it is probably something they did.  Another words they are so big now they can get away with crappy customer service, and screwing people here or there.

I hope this is not the case because they have been my favorite site. Even though Nitrogensports.com is instant I have always stayed with cloudbet so I hope none of this garbage is true. Stay tuned as I will address this issue if it gets resolved.

Anyway anyone else feel like they are getting scammed or taken advantage of by cloudbet.com?
My friend was playing there for a long time, and he actually made some profit
He had no problem's with withdraws, but it was like a week ago, maybe it is scam :/

I am the account owner. But a kind of password reset emails come to my mail address that I use for dual-factor authentication enabled, you cannot get to the site and I can't.The support team is also very effectively can't be helped, unfortunately Sad I think there should be more of an amateur team

I do agree with you there. I have dealt with them before and don't recommend asking them for help. They obviously hire unexperienced and under qualified people to handle their business's structure and customer service.

Haven't had a problem with their withdrawal system lately so it might have just been at that time.
You should try them again if you still have something to withdraw from them.

Me threw the mail I can't access my account for 3 days like that and it doesn't mail my Hotmail address. Approximately 40 $ of my money on and slept on top. Definitely I don't recommend this site anymore.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

At Cloudbet we take your security and privacy very seriously. As part of our routine monitoring, we discovered a list of email addresses and passwords posted online. While the list was not Cloudbet-related, we know that many customers reuse their passwords on multiple websites. Since we believe your email addresses and passwords may have been on the list, we have assigned a temporary password to your Cloudbet account out of an abundance of caution. If you had 2-Step Authentication enabled, your password has NOT been reset.

If you did not have 2-Step Authentication enabled, you will need to reset your password when you return to the Cloudbet site. To reset your password, click "Forgot your password?" at the top of any page on Cloudbet.com. After you enter your email address, you will receive an email containing a personalized link. Click the link from the email and follow the directions provided.

Your new password will be effective immediately. We recommend that you choose a password that you have never used with any website.

We also highly recommend that you also enable Cloudbet's 2-Step Authentication, a feature that adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to entering your password, 2-Step Authentication requires you to enter a unique security code during sign in. To learn more about 2-Step Authentication, go to Cloudbet.com, go to My Account, and click Account Settings, and then click Enable 2-Step Authentication.

Many members here are complaining about the problem of withdrawal.. and i think its already been fix.. maybe their withdrawal is manually not instant just like other site they are withdrawing manually..
Their withdrawals and deposits are automatic and instant, however I believe they have been flagging a lot of accounts during withdrawals for no reason to suspect foul play and hence we had a lot of people complaining. Not sure, what they did now.

Yes whenever they get their withdrawl problem solved in cloudbet they just forget that they have opened an thread about it and didn't update with the result they get. I see that cloudbet account have responded here so may be his problem is solved by now.

If you don't get your problems solved, I  would suggest starting a scam accusation instead of posting it on bitcoin discussion. Also a lot of newbies claim to have similar issues, so please back them up with screenshots .
That's a problem, actually. The ones that are posting problems about withdrawals on cloudbet are mostly newbies and I don't seem to actually believe but if it is indeed true, well, I stand to be corrected. Since Cloudbet has already replied to this, let's just wait and see, although this problem will most definitely be solved in no time.

I didn't either, and asked for proof. One of them provided proof instantly when I asked for it, which ruled out editing. But I haven't seen anyone follow up on it, so I can't comment on how many of those problems were fixed.
