Cloudbe respond to my several e-mails in 2 ways:

1. Ignore
2. The same text all the time already since 27th december:

Please note that your information has already been passed on to our fraud team, who are conducting an investigation. We will contact you when the investigation is complete. This can take several days or several weeks.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Hi lusidra88,

I have spoken with our management and they are about to make a decision on your accounts.

To paint a more clear picture for the forum here, would you please share with them how many Cloudbet accounts you had. Thanks in advance!

The problem is indeed that cloudbet itself is a fraud team.  Sad

You can file a complaint to their operator http://e-gambling.me/contact , but I doubt this will lead do anything. However, it would be interesting to hear their response. Maybe E-Gambling Montenegro is even not their operator. The website don't list cloudbet.com as their partner.

You could sue them in Montenegro, but this will cost money. Are you willing to spend money?

If Montenegro gambling commission website does not list cloudbet.com as the partner, I suspect Cloudbet has used fake license, or no license at all, they claimed they have license but do not really have. It is fraud again, but this cloudbet is oeprated under anonymous team, we hardly sue them because we don't know the team's location.

They use the same copy-paste passage to everyone, there is no fraud team at all, Cloudbet itself is a fraud team, they have only supports and the owner, they run a 5 people team small casino.  Undecided  Their support do not work in the weekend.

5.1.9.3. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account frozen.
You personally have only one account, but let others create several accounts with your IP?

This would be indeed a breach of their ToS, but as it is stated may be and not definetely will be, their announcement per email is valid.

Again nothing. Still ignoring.... Be aware, guys do not trust to this bookie!

Lol. Scam accusation that full of newbie opinion and feedback. I wonder who is behind this attack. I think OP must present concrete evidence and screenshot of proof of transaction that didn't paid. Because there is a lot of complain regarding this on cloudbet thread before and it is always a false accusation or just a misunderstanding on support part

After a month waiting, after sending e-mails every day finally I got answer:

Your account is still under investigation, thing which might take up several weeks. We will update you as soon as the investigation is complete.
Best regards,

You did provide them your alt information? I suppose these were locked as well?
Also did you get affiliate payments for yourself? if you did, then the situation might be tricky with them.

This wouldn't be the first or last time Cloudbet is stealing players funds.  How people still deposit here amazes me.
Admitting to make multiples is something most sites would ban for, but the deposits not lost should be returned I guess.

Glad have never played on the site or even made an account.I hate how these business centered sites are operated.I can make 10 accounts if I want to,if your site has a problem with it,better don't allow me to make 10 accounts on the first place.

That's why the rule is there - to prevent you from making ten accounts. Otherwise, how else do you think they would prevent it? Where's your logic? Roll Eyes

(they could request a KYC immediately but that would kill the traffic)

I wonder how making multiple accounts would matter ? I can bet on 10 different games with 10 different accounts,my wish. Why are people even playing there ?

Op,sorry for your loss.Move on.

It's possible that using multiple accounts, you can abuse max bet and/or promotions that Cloudbet offers in the future. There's no real reason to have multiple accounts either, so I can't see the problem with limiting that. After all, you should read the ToS.

I am developing similar stuff (mostly payment gateways), too. FrozenI simply means for now it's still owned by you but you don't have any access to it. Small difference from confiscate.

Thank you! I will try to send PM to Cloudbet!
I hope you get a favorable resolution.

Because, personally, I think they should stand by what they said.

Please note that multiple accounts are prohibited by Cloudbet.
Please let us know all of your accounts and we will transfer all funds to one account, which you can use. We will not process any withdrawals until that time.
You are not permitted to open any additional accounts.
Granted, he was in clear violation of Terms and should face whatever consequence may be, BUT,

they clearly set the conditions he must meet in order to resolve these. If he has done so, then they also, must uphold their end of the deal.  If they have to ban him from the site because of the violation, then fine, but those funds(if cleared),

should be released. I'd like to think that they are still in the process of investigating all funds associated with his account(s) and would release them once everything is cleared.

If this is the case then a simple statement/message letting him know shouldn't be too hard.

Still no answer from cloudbet since 22nd December!  Angry
It means you should try posting on their main thread, see if that could get you a proper response.
Their Main thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cloudbet-sportsbook-and-casino-bet-with-btc-and-bch-100-deposit-bonus-333552
Who knows, someone over there might be able to help you.
You could also try sending a PM to Cloudbet, see if he could help resolve this issue you have or give you a more definite response.

I know, because persons, who also made bets were my collegues. I do not say, that I am not guilty. I had to be aware and predict that this could happen. I understand i breached the rules. The thing is, that despite violate rules, cloudbet said that will pay out, but now ignores me.

Actually, I didn't know that it forbidden, as I thought that bitcoins is anonymous. I have just one account, but there were few persons, who made a bets from the same IP, as I clarified later.
Why they didn't have to pay out my winnings? Does world "forezen" means confiscate? BTW, Cloudbet clearly gave me to understand (by the e-mail), if I will provide all information they will pay out my bitcoins.

5.1.9.3. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account frozen.

If there are multiple accounts to a single person or IP address, then they can be closed.

And sure, Cloudbet could have stated that they would return the funds, but it could all be a simple ruse. Given your current standing, you can't really be complaining given that you violated the terms. The word "frozen" does not necessarily mean that your winnings are confiscated, though depending on what you've done with the multiple accounts, I wouldn't say that it's not a likely outcome.

if someone, had made bet on cloudbet, with the same ip, and it wasnot you, how you know their infos? i am pretty sure all these alt account were yours, and maybe you were  punished for your lies.

if you have made something against rules, you must  confess about and apologies and dont try to said another lie and dont try to shift the blame on others

Taken from the ToS of Cloudbet:

5.1.9.3. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account frozen.

In reality, they didn't even have to transfer any funds to your account. This could simply be an attempt to find out the rest of your accounts through your own stupidity - Cloudbet has the authority to keep any winnings.

Why did you create multiple accounts in the first place?
