I tried Tor and it is not working for me too, it kept on displayig verifying. To preserve your anonymity, you can use VPN instead. It will work with VPN.
If you do not care about your anonymity, you can use your ISP network instead which will also work. If you use IP, it may not even bring up the cloudflare at all, but it do bring it up too but not all time.
