His statement is actually an hate speech and i think anyone that loves btc would really hate him for that, but they are all entitled to their own opinion and these guys might actually be making waves because if you look at the time this post was dropped, although i don’t know if it was when he made the comment, but that was when bitcoin started dumping, and they might have been the whales that we are talking about.

While they are benefiting from the pump, they are still crashing it to control it to an extent, but they would not be able to do this for too long because the more they manipulate the market, the more the value of bitcoin will keep increasing which will get to a point where they would not have such money to do so again.

No need to badmouth this guy. Even if he want, he won't be able to "tame" Bitcoin. After all, Bitcoin is a decentralized asset and there is nothing that Mr. Melamed do about it. His statements are just wishful thinking rather than realistic projections. And I still have a soft corner for CME, due to their decision to allow Bitcoin futures in their platform. Stupid statements like this one is not going to change that.

At the moment, all crypto supporters shall behave maturely instead of getting aggressive and spreading hatred about this guy. We rather shall prove him wrong by buying more and more bitcoin and spreading maximum awareness through campaigns and social media for developing more customers or users of crypto market. In this way, we will succeed in making bitcoin legal.

That is a worthy goal and one i would have loved to see happen but anyone that believes this is reality does not live in reality. if you think this is possible then you are one of the people that the system protects while clamping down on the others to make up for your deficit. He who carries the biggest stick makes the rules, that is how it is and how it will be for the foreseeable future, if you don't believe that then try getting the "defense" budget lowered.

But, i was being overly crass with this thread just to make a point which i think was missed by the vast majority. Many times i will make a short post and expect that others can extrapolate my meaning from that and I am wrong more times than not in that regard.

The goal of this thread was to point out those in the system that are coming to get bitcoin, and as i warned they did indeed do exactly that and succeeded fairly well. They now have a position where they skim the cream off the top of this market cap with their futures and options without even having to participate in actually using , buying or holding of coins. It has been admitted by a trump whistle-blower that they intentionally allowed CME/CBOE to pop btc's run-up as a bubble. And I am absolutely certain that the mt.Gox coins as well as others were all used in conjunction in order to achieve that goal.

You must know your enemy in order to defeat him and these are the enemies of freedom, those that would control you through currencies are no less dangerous than a mugger on the street and are far more insidious.

Anyone who has a sound knowledge will not listen to him and see right through his game. People make mistakes like panic selling and giving away coins during dips when they have little to negligible understanding of their asset or when they realize that they really had invested in a stupid coin. In order to stay tension free, it is best to choose bitcoin and ethereum which can be trusted blindly.

   What he needs is retirement! He needs to chill out and leave the world to younger generations.

create a world of fear. Freedom of speech means that anyone can say anything, don`t get offended try to understand and to
learn them better if you don`t agree with what they say, but to hear someone just cause you don`t think the same is making you

The information war is a very powerful weapon. And he uses it to the maximum. This person clearly knows what he is saying and understands that his words will affect many people. But we shouldn't talk about violence, since we shouldn't use such measures. We must use the word, this is a more effective method.

I think many people do not believe and follow what he says in public. now investors and traders are not easily influenced to be quick to panic in making decisions. especially with fake and inaccurate news. he hoped that there would be market influence from what he said. but after everyone knows how he is looking for sensation most people leave him.

I do not believe he can do that. He just feels like running his mouth to cause panic to holders.
This is one of their strategies. Which means a critical thinker will know that he has no other weapon than coming online with his influence to manipulate through talks and not the money he has.

I don't feel like punching anyone on the face for FUD on bitcoin and crypto in general, in time people like him will have no choice but to embrace the tech when all they could see around them if how far crypto have gone

Every thinks he is stupid right? when he is actually smarter than you all, the planned to FUD Bitcoin and grab it while he can, he must have some bitcoin in a cold wallet i bet, kinda 'professor' in money heist who had everything planned from the start

You need to be completely crazy to punch an old man in his face and it does not matter what he is saying. It is always hard to get the new technology and further development for old people, but it does not mean they need to be punched.

I don't want to punch him in the face, and I don't want to make my hand dirty because of him. I will ask him to join me in the private coffee shop, and he pays the drink. After that, I will ask him to give me some money, well let say $100k so I can buy a lot of bitcoin and altcoin.

It's not hard to harm that person but what is the point? He just ordered by other people who have high-level rank in the government. There will be many other people like him that will say the same thing as him. So perhaps, we can talk to him about many things and suggest that he should have retired from his jobs and enjoy his day with his family. That will better for him
