i must say that cindicator is the best ICO for this month, the team has a new way to do ICO, they build and choose white list, it is for security reason and whale can not buy the token and dump it immadietly when it enter the market, cindicator has a good many advisor, jaxx founder, facebook director, ethereum co-founder. this is the bad ass ICO for this month. sadly i just wait to get invited, did not get any email for tier 1,2 and 3, hopefully i can get in in tier 4.

Can somebody help me? I want to apply in Cindicator token sale. Must I have ETH public wallet to do that? So, I must buy some ETH and put it into wallet and then paste my address to their form?

the project is not mooning, it is semi-hyped with small cap so it has room to grow but i expect something like 2-3x as having only presale will leave some demand outside of participating

Evan Cheng, Director of Engineering at Facebook and previously at Apple just joined Cindicator advisory team. Def want to get in a tier if you haven't already guys. This one is going to the moon.
For me. Cindicator is also a worthy investment because it is an intelligent artificial intelligence project and it will certainly attract new investors to the project. I hope everyone will be interested in this project and I will spend some money to invest

They probably didn't anticipate this much traffic. Coupled with China ICO ban. Lot of investors looking for places to invest in

It's already on HitBTC?5-6x is still very cheap. I bet it is worth 20x, see stratis...it is up 800x.. maybe hit btc got invited to their whitelist, thats why it called buying for pre ico..they put high price..because they know its worth more then that
