I can honestly handle coffee without either. I'd go with milk, though. Roasting coffee beans for slightly longer can make it sweeter so that can replace the sugar.
I'm gonna choose coffee without sugar.

Refined sugar is a horrible cancer causing mind-control poison, I'll go with milk if I'm forced to choose one over the other.
