I have a Problem here and there with a lot of miners on here, but you have to take into account the regularity of someone renting a rig, also raises the probability to run into an issue.

I will say this was the quickest, most respectable customer service I have come across. CohibAA, you're alright. I didn't even have to leave a post here, it was fixed before I clicked post lol.

Already almost 10 mins into a one hour contract for 30MH COHIBAAASIC30 and no shares submitted
Leaserig shows 30MH when I bought, now it is slowly dropping to 29-28-27 MH and not a single share has been submitted to both pools I added.
PLEASE help.

Thank you for your time.

Your quicker at fixing then I am at typing. Miner fixed and contract restarted as soon as I get back. LOL Thank you again.

I think there are still some issues with the speed which LRP reports, but you should normally see the speed reported accurately within 5 minutes.  For what it's worth, the miner does receive the commands from LRP and switch pools almost immediately, but it takes a few minutes for the pool to report back accepted shares, etc.  Depending on your pool, it may take more or less time before you see it on their reporting, as many pools use different time intervals to report hash speed.

Every time you changed the pool from being impatient, the rig has to start over... hence the "few minutes" of lower speed.  It's actually been up well over 180 minutes since the last maintenance break.

So, what will make you happy?  A 20% refund of the last hour?  If you agree to fix the negative feedback you left two days ago to which I replied and fixed the pricing issue...

Because it was 0 accepted for 5 minutes.

Those are shown the first couple screenshots, when the pool/worker kept changing, shares were being taken by the rig but abandoned due to the continuing changes.  This was immediately after LeaseRigProxy removed my pool and changed to yours.  I would recommend renting more than 1 hour at a time to ensure consistent hash rates, and allowing a few minutes for LRP to show you accepted shares when you do change pools.  They advise you that it will take a few minutes when you hire the rig.  My rig hasn't been down, and has been averaging 31.27 Mh/s for the last 180 minutes.

Pools configured on this form will start automatically when you hire the mining rig (may take a few minutes, so be patient).

Oh, really? Last 180 minutes?

As i said i wait 5 minutes before start chanhing pools. Other rigs stars immediately, how mush need your 5-10 minutes?

Because it was 0 accepted for 5 minutes. I rent it fo the hour and 5 minutes is 8% of the time, 12 minutes i lost - 20%.

Rig is not working, i am loosing money. Lost 12 minutes now and about 10 earlier today.

Is working perfectly fine, but you changed the pool/worker multiple times, which requires time to adjust.

I got the rig sorted out (one blade went off for some reason), but the LeaseRig display is still showing double hashrate for some reason.  You are actually getting 29.77 Mh/s according to cgminer.  I have added another 30 minutes to your rental time due to the problem with the blade going offline (it was down for about 20 minutes according to the logs).

Thanks!

Checking into it now... it should be 30 Mh/s, I don't know why LeaseRig displays are off so much.  Please standby.
