had no chance to get it polished, but here is mine general rough roadmap from my notes. will polish it with more details (most of the lines have additional explanations notes) (and more appealing look) and publish it in ANN post.

I'm happy how Coin is doing so far, it's a bit low hashrate, but it's just a week old coin. As you can see, milestone 1 is reached, so switching to milestone 2.
Milestone 2 will have lots of bounties and giveaways. Most of the things we can do by ourself (bounties related) but I thing it's important to engage community.
It's a quite long roadmap. Lots of time and for some things it will take years to reach. I believe this is healthy way. No rush, no hype, no hysteria.. Most of the coins started with hype, sunk very fast.. Will not let that happen to Coin as well.

Hello coin-project,
First of all thanks for a great coin. I am a small time miner, but I have tried to mine quite a lot of different cryptocurrencies over the last months and I must admit I liked the humble launch of this project.
But more important everything works, and it works really good. Wallet is syncing almost instantly, transactions processed fast, and p2pool works like a dream. I will keep on mining, please keep up the good work on your side.

You have been talking about a roadmap recently. Is it ready yet? I am very interested in seeing it. 

coin-project: Sure thing, that will be awesome. My only concern is although it's fibre it's ultimately a home network, do you think it'll be an issue as COIN grows larger?

you are right. It's still time to jump in early. Solo mining is profitable, we have P2Pools - US and EU, regular mpos pools.
Coin have great potential, dedicated supporters, community is engaging.. there is bright future. Imagine Coin in real world application (and now imagine funny names coin in same real world application).

What about exchanges?

If you have questions do not hesitate to ask. All you need for solo mining with AMD GPUs is a wallet and cgminer.exe (v. 3.7.2)

It is impossible to turn time back to join Bitcoin at the right time. But today you have a unique possibility to join a low diff network which is going to be introduced to an exchange soon. Stop mining useless coins and start to do right things! Join right now!

Solo mining is wellcome! If you don't know how to setup your wallet for solo mining just ask. Solo mining = no chances to be cheated. Get every coin you deserve!
