what is youR opinion on  CMC data, do you think they are at least 30% accurate why they will not remove some token like (ERC-20) who failed to provide accurate data of their token but often given wrong data on coin market cap.

Why do you think that they provide incorrect data? All information is collected from the exchanges via API
all existing data is analysis in every exchange and can be ascertained 90% accurate and not rejected until now every token entering CMC will be high in exchange rates

From my experience it's pretty accurate. You can check discord chats, telegrams and ANNs to see whether the info is correct or not
There is always a great risk of failure. Use information from this forum more often

I think Coimarketcap do calculate an average of all available exchanges price for each individual coin/token,so there isn't any doubt that data is approximately accurate. For tokens who fake their data they are usually removed after strong proofs of such thing. It's true that in the past they were some problems with data visualized but they wre technical problems and not done on purpose.

To be honest, I don't think the CMC really gives accurate data because we all know that the value of coin cannot be measured because we all know that a coins can be somewhat manipulated the price so yeah perhaps around the 30% accuracy should be appropriate. But what's good about CMC is that at least you can have a ballpark price so it can guide you if you are going to invest on that coin based on the price they tell us.

As for some of the coins, they really need to remove them from their data. They are virtually inactive in their real market price and hence I don't see the need for them to include such coins there.

I do not know if coinmarketcap is still reliable. Crypto currency is full of lies. I dont know who are my real friends, who to trust. Is there anyway to read the each coin's blockchain so we can create a replica of coinmarketcap?

For me coinmarketcap is the place where coins are potentials and had a lot of high volume in bitcoin. Which means every coins that

will be list on this site no doubt it is good to buy and then hold. It is a trusted site in terms of looking good altcoins.

CoinMarketCap stands for transparency and clarity in data, ensuring that all coins and exchanges are represented fairly. We've written a post with regards to exchange volumes and rankings, and how we plan to improve going forward.

I do not why you sharing the incorrect information about the coinmarketcap website. This is the best one so far and people on many numbers using the same with this information only dude. Kindly ignore the new site comes to provide the price and marketplace information.

Other than this if you want to use any site to check the price change of bitcoins means you can go with the Preev.com website.

Coinmarketcap is no 1 site and their data is correct. There are approximately 1600 tokens and coin are registered and any token that decline below this list automatically removed.

how do you calculate the data of the coin? I think you are missing the idea how it is calculated in coinmarketcap. Coinmarketcap calculate the coin data average depending on all market value. So, if you see all market of any coin and do calculate in average then you can see everything OK.

Most of the cryptocurrency trader follow coin marketcap because it is very popular in this online market. If you want to found some coin details so you need to visit this site. It is a very interesting mater that is if you don’t know any kind of coin and how many marketplaces added so you must visit this site and click below market and it will show how many marketplaces add this coin. It is very effective for cryptocurrency trader. I think coin marketcap is a very good place to analysis coin, which is added only CMC. You can get a perfect result in CMC.

OP,I don`t understand what exactly are you trying to say or ask in your post.Just use punctuation.
Coinmarketcap has to be "cleaned" from the shitty altcoins/tokens once every 6 months. There`s nothing wrong with that.Is CMC accurate?I couldn`t care less. The improtant thing is that Coinmarketcap is a briliant way to manipulate the crypto market prices. Grin
The CMC owner is a genius.

I have seen many dump coin with low capital or unsuccessful coin that recover from nightmare. xvg is one of those coin, I remember it was dumped to 0.00000004 btc price per coin last 2016 saying that xvg is scam, it was delisted also on some exchange like poloniex but look at it now.

It's a verg really big proof that the effects of pump and dump are a big danger in the crypto world and it's necessary to do something for people to avoid the pump and dump, I do not even know where I would be now if I had continued to hold my XVG, XVG rose to 1600 satoshi and then had a big dump. Talking about coinmarketicap, they are not perfect, but this is what we have in these moment. it's up to people to create something much better to compete with coinmarketcap. only with a very strong competition, it will be possible to have high quality services

CoinMarketCap is a good site and provides almost always the most current information about all crypto currencies.

Like I said, for now they are better.

I think it's symptomatic of the unfortunate and innate desire of humans to centralise everything. Coinmarketcap now has so much power it can make or break coins by failing to get their data right. I doubt they planned to be that way when they got going.

If I was dead set on researching something I'd cross reference it with multiple places.

I think it is more advantage to us when CMC not delisting those coin, especially those traders who invested on unsuccessful coin because there is still chance for them to recover their capital, I have seen many dump coin with low capital or unsuccessful coin that recover from nightmare. xvg is one of those coin, I remember it was dumped to 0.00000004 btc price per coin last 2016 saying that xvg is scam, it was delisted also on some exchange like poloniex but look at it now.

CoinMarketCap is a good site and provides almost always the most current information about all crypto currencies. Some coins are removed from this site because they are in most cases fraudulent.

For me coinmarketcap is the accourate price in the market it is the most used by the investors. The coinmarketcap has the highest value than the other exchanges like the coingecko. The coinmarketcap is the most reliable price in the market. It is the first one who updates the price of the altcoin. The most used coin is listed in the coinmarketcap, Coinmarketcap is the first one to launch the mobile app for crypto prices. They call the coinmarketcap as crypto price tracker.
