As one of many people that late to all in, I honestly hope the price will dip to the bottom so I can fill my bag with that cheap btc. But unfortunately it won't be like that, because bitcoin still have good fundamentals these days.
50k is the new standard.
Yes, looks like the $50k mark is assumed as the new average price for Bitcoins. Not sure why people sell when the price is falling down because it does not help anyone and the price keeps falling as more guys sell off their coins.

LOL.. I have been around since 2014 and I have seen hundreds of such "crashes" till now. And let me remind you about what happened the last time the prices crashed. Yesterday, the exchange rates fell from $54,000 to $46,000 in around 1 hour and it took 1-2 hours for the prices to recover back to the previous level. Now I don't know whether the recovery will be fast this time or not... but only idiots would sell their coins at this point.
If you read OP, it was about selling as the price is falling and later once the market stabilizes and price doesn't drop we should buy and this way we can make profits.

I am not against this but I don't like this because if everyone follows the suit then the price will break into two halves. As much as people want to buy BTC at minimal prices, they should keep in mind that its beneficial for everyone if they just hold and when everyone holds, the price automatically rockets up.

Chances that another big player/s are joining and picking those coins with cheaper price,
We can't assume that because there's some selling pressure the correction will completely
crash the value to fall that much, there are players who understand and knows how to play
with traders emotions. It's best to dig deeper before taking your action,.
Yeah, those huge whales who sold could be the same ones who bought as well. I believe if you have enough money, you could sell 1 billion dollars worth of bitcoin, this will of course drop the price and you will lose a bit of money there, but after that there will be panic, and people will start to sell in bulk and the price will keep on falling, so when it reaches about 20-25% lost, you can buy it all back, using the same 1 billion dollars, and have more bitcoins in the end.

I honestly believe people do this, maybe not with a billion dollars maybe less or maybe more, the numbers could change but this kind of manipulation of the price probably is going on right now. I can't of course know what is going on and this is just an assumption, but this is what I believe could be the main reason why there are sudden changes in price up and down so quickly without real problem.

Bitcoin price is dipping!  Sell into cash now!  When I got up this morning I noticed all coins were starting a dip on Coinmarketcap, so I went to my trading accounts and sold all my Bitcoin into cash.  When the dip bottoms out I will buy back in, but I'm not about to lose my profits I have gained this past month!

SELL NOW!!!  Help the prices crash the PHOQUE out so my gains may be even greater!!!  And yours too, I guess.
I am not a hundred percent certain but I don't think it is over because there are still some institutions that are entering the market. It is indeed Bitcoin making some pullback but don't you think it is just a set trap by the whales so that small investors panic and sell so that they can purchase it at a cheap price. But I don't blame you, much better to do in this situation I think is to liquidate some of your holding if you are having a doubt but don't take them all at once.

It is not crashing it will be stable for 1 month in my opinion. It will get back on its value that it had last year. Also those cryptos depending on btc will go down so if someone have them, sell them.

Seems like you are new to cryptocurrency. That's what whale wants, for panic investors to sell their Bitcoin so that they can hit their target price to buy BTC cheaper. Just imagine BTC jump to it's recent ATH that fast. The price correction is normal.  Just ride along the market and you might end up with more profits, rather than panic selling.

Unfortunately he does look like a new player.  BTC dropped in less than 24 hours, but many people were so panicked that some of my friends even said that today's hype will never exist again.  And it is proven, currently the price of BTC is stable again.  It's a shame if the OP actually sells its BTC.  Because last moment will never come back again.

It is unlikely that there will be the same decline in the price of bitcoin as it was in 2017 and 2020, so do not spread panic. Now there is a correction in the cryptocurrency market, one of the holders of a large number of bitcoins could not stand it and sold their bitcoins, causing a domino effect. You just need to hold the tokens and not sell them, then the price will rise again.

I can't say much for sure regarding the current state of the market, but looking at its downward trend, I guess we can safely say that we are in a dip that may span a couple of days or perhaps even weeks or months. What's really scary about this though is the fact that this could easily spark a panic selling rally among the people which in turn could drop the value even further, though I guess it's good considering that it's going to open the gates for more people to buy.
This is good that they are panicking, this is a great opportunity to buy more bitcoin at lower prices. A dip will always happen in the market and I think that it is a good thing if you know what you are doing when that happens, we know that it will bounce back again and when it does, it goes higher than we could anticipate. It is good because it weeds out people that doesn't know how bitcoin market works and it lets in new people that are more eager to stay than those that panic sell.

I'll be happy to see people selling their bitcoin because panic will create a big dump in the market, and I think the correction is starting already, bitcoin is struggling in the past few days and we might see more down trend again.

Just like the old days, after hitting a new ATH, correction will come and will dump the price, and just like the old days, this is the right time for accumulate.
The investors who get in to FOMO will panic, but we will see this as an opportunity.

If anyone wants to sell their bitcoin now. It's silly. Don't panic MicroStategy and Michael Saylor has an important purpose for the future of bitcoin. Recently the firm has bought ~ 19,452 bitcoins. As long as the negative thought of a price drop could occur, such a thing will not happen because the big investors are buying more bitcoin. This is a good sign, if you don't want to miss out on this new stage of bitcoin. Don't sell it.

Quote
MicroStrategy has purchased an additional ~ 19,452 bitcoins for ~ $ 1,026 billion in cash at an average price of ~ $ 52,765 per #bitcoin. As of 2/24/2021, we #hodl ~ 90,531 bitcoins acquired for ~ $ 2,171 billion at an average price of ~ $ 23,985 per bitcoin. $MSTR

Indeed, bitcoin is decreasing but I don't think there will be many people who will assume it as bearish sign. The dumping price a lot doesn't mean its price will crash, that is the important part that you should know.

A healthy correction is always necessary for stable and long-term growth. That is what is happening with the price of bitcoin right now. Only smart and strong hands will measure the situation correctly and will have patience.

Technically, I see the chart pattern will give a bad sign but that's not a guarantee, the weekly candle will be formed three days left and there is an opportunities to change. But you have to see the monthly candle, the bullish sign is still strong, so I just predict that bitcoin price movement is still bullish for a long term investment.

BTC breaks its ATH so there is always a psychological resistance around 60k. Many people will try to book profits here but there is a chance that BTC will cross 100k this year very easily. People and the community is very positive this time.

I believe that such people are raising a panic in the cryptocurrency community because they were stupid a few years ago when they doubted the correctness and did not make an investment in Bitcoin at the level of $ 3,000 - 10000. Today they want to invest again at low prices and therefore manipulate the opinions of other cryptocurrency users, provoking them to sell in bulk in order to lower the prices of bitcoin in the cryptocurrency market. I'm just shocked at how mean they are.

Worst approach in the world of trading.

Never saw any clear case to this level! He is like shouting all over, I am going crazy, prices dropping, "sell sell sell!""

Dude, you need to relax. I literally bought BTC at ATH prices too, and at the bottom prices too but never reacted to this extent. You need to calm your bulls and think wisely before pressing that "SELL" button in your trading.

You need to work up the math, the predictions, reasons why bitcoin is dropping. It could be for good or it could be for bad but in both cases you have to think wisely.

If you do trading this way, then you will always end up loosing your money in the process.
I think that is a troll, right? I think troll is not even the right word for it, I think he is writing this in a sarcastic tone, that seems a better approach to it. I do not know what to say or what to name it but the reality is that we are not actually that desperate are we?

I mean we haven't went down that much when you look at the numbers, we are still doing quite alright, and I feel like we should not be too scared of what is going on just yet. Sure if it drops under 30k I might be a bit scared and if it drops under 20k I will be full on scared, but going under 50k is basically nothing, we weren't over 50k just like 10 days ago or so, it was nothing. At the end of the day we are still handling it very well, but we should probably be recovering by now, the numbers looking like we are doing better, which I assume is a clear indication of 100k coming very soon, this is not time to sell, it is time to buy even more.

With institutional investors having large quantities of coins that could affect the market you do not need to convince many people to assume the market situation for the market to go down  Grin. I do not trust the charts and the market is really hard to predict and when the price started to fall i thought we are going to see a major correction but the support held and now it is recovering and everything happens within 24 hours and it is really crazy.
