some of my referrals cant not register under me because the site said their btc address are wrong (their btc address registered from coinbase and blockchain) what happend?
Try with some different addresses may be its works because site is going ok no issue

if you use blockchain.info. you only get one address. Not like coinbase.com
login to your blockchain
go to received address -> new address

If you don't agree with TOS, don't beg to activation. What a hypocrisy.
Almost all ptc sites have click to earn policy. But Coinad always give users the best opportunity. It's not that hard to login once in a month.
Only dissatisfied people wrote here, so I need to write my opinion. You are doing your best, keep up the good work Carlos L.

This is hardly begging or hypocrisy, It's not like I just implemented the same terms on my website. I consider this more of a proposition to send more referrals his way and continue what should be a mutually beneficial relationship. And if not, I've shared more than my two cents. Just trying to be amicable, while appropriately communicating my frustration.

It would all be easier if people spent 5 minutes reading the Terms of Service. They really aren't that long.
CoinAd isn't a bank where you just login and collect interest a few times a year. Members need to be active, that's the point.
Would you like to know the person that brought you to the site keeps earning commissions from you even though he does do anything? Many PTC sites even make you click every day to earn commissions, I just ask you to login ONCE every 30 days, it can't be that much of a hassle.

Carlos, I appreciate your response, I really do. But I also disagree with you, in that you believe I should be forced to login and click on ads in order to earn from my referrals. I do not use your website, nor do I have the desire to...I do not want to be an active member, I want to be an active affiliate. I participate in a number of referral programs, because I have the resources to do so. My time and resources are spent referring people, not clicking ads. I definitely do not have time to log in to every program and click ads every couple weeks, and don't understand the reasoning behind requiring me to do so. I am active in many communities, and do not see any reason to have to log in every 30 days simply to not forfeit my earnings. Also, with regards to your question, I have zero interest in caring who referred me to what site, and what they are making from my actions. My referrals are clicking ads on your website, because I told them it is a good resource for earning bitcoins, not because they think I am an active member and I deserve the commissions I earn from referring them. People don't care about that, they care about what THEY get out of it. And right now, I have forfeited my earnings because I didn't login. I apologize, but I simply disagree with your terms, and judging by how few sites I've used that have that policy in place, I can say in confidence it is not common practice, and doesn't really serve anyone well. It may save you some BTC by auto-suspending accounts with decent balances, but is it worth frustrated members and affiliates who become upset and don't have anything nice to say about you?

With that being said, I don't want to sit here an bad mouth your website based on a bogus policy. I would appreciate reactivating my account if at all possible, and I can re-include you on my resources page, and can set a reminder to login every couple weeks. Either way, I wish you the best of luck with CoinAd, and again, I appreciate your prompt response.

I have repeatedly sent support tickets asking why you have suspended my account (bitideas).  I have brought you hundreds (or more) members through my website at bitcoindownlines.com and my other advertising platforms, and I don't appreciate being suspended and having all of my questions remain unanswered.  I am removing your site from this downline builder and banning it from all of my other advertising platforms.  It sounds to me like you just don't want to pay commissions and I don't want to lead my members down a similar road.  The very least you could have done was answered just one of my support requests.  I find your business practices to have been very unprofessional and disreputable.
I'm sorry I didn't answer your emails, it's just that people don't read the ToS and send dozens of emails asking the same question, which eventually leads to ignoring them.

Inactivity.

Carlos, this a horrible way to go about business. Your response to bitideas is almost as bad as not responding at all. You set up your website to ban accounts automatically, and then you consciously choose not to respond to support emails, even from active affiliates such as myself and bitideas. I have been advertising CoinAd on my community of 10k+ users for months now, with the expectation that we would both be benefiting from your inclusion on my bitcoin earning resources page. To do a simple Google search, and find that other active affiliates are being banned and ignored, simply for not logging in every 30 days is insane. I find it is important for me to publicly voice my displeasure, knowing that you will not respond to the support email I sent you (not to mention your contact form doesn't even work), and seeing how you clearly don't put much value on the people promoting your website. This is something you should fix, and you should absolutely step up and respond to your affiliates when they contact you. I too will be removing CoinAd from my website, as I can not condone supporting someone who simply doesn't care. You literally created a flawed system, that results in overloading your email with support requests, and then instead of fixing the problem, you just ignore it and all of the people who are affected. I am baffled by this, and very far from impressed.  Best of luck to you Carlos.
