All the payments I've collected from before Wednesday seam to have completely disappeared.
I noticed this on Wednesday but I was lazy and hoping someone else would report a similar problem and/or it fix it self.

I released a payment on April 3rd and finally got 0.00099 on Wednesday when all the other glitch payment were resent (though I remember it being above 0.001 when I released it). I'm not sure how much I've accumulated since the 3rd but I remember it was getting close to the 0.0001 mark.Total pending: BTC

But that was due to several services had made bad moves, or bad coding or combo.
I rather wait for the payment, then having it pending inside my wallet for all eternity
But Carlos, I think you should implement a minimum payout sum. Say 0.0002 to minimize transactions. That way it will maybe be possible for you to save little on the fees.
This way the size of the transactions would be a little smaller. And probably have a higher chance of success of getting sent/confirmed.
