"We've had some issues with the site this week but please be assured you will receive your payment soon."

Until I was not able to receive payouts. This thread will still open and unresolved.

4. I've got to step away from replying and policing this thread and just work on security and improvements. I'll come back once a week and update the payout info - despite all the fraud and all the problems we did still pay out 5btc this week.

See. there is really a problem with him. He said he come back once a week to update us regarding the payout info. Did he come back this week to inform us what's happening? He did not. The admin has no one word. It's like the admin makes promises but brokes it.

Will see next payout. If admin don't pay for impressions this week, i'll say - that's scam.
But now, i think, it's just some problem.
