You should read the terms, you will understand why!  Lips sealed

Thanks, but I already read the terms. Have I missed something?

My friend has coinbase account, he hasn't uploaded any id, passport, he hasn't activated 2 auth verification. His coinbase name is a nickname. But his account is working.

I uploaded my passport and my id too. Coinbase also approved them. But still, my account is restricted and I don't know why. They haven't sent me an email when they were restricting my account. They don't respond to my questions.

And I am not an alone. If you search it on Google, you can see that there are a lot of users like me.

It is always hard trying to find a balance between a newbie making an allegation and the full facts but yes I think there must be much more this story than meets the eye.

With the greatest respect to the OP maybe $140 is a lot of money for him but he will have to hold out and have some patience.
There is zero chance Coinbase would scam users over $140.

OP, which is long gone has made a lot of weird things, and of course, he has forgotten to tell us about them.
In his last message, he wanted an IBAN number but he was from Turkey, so he wanted a way to bypass this because:

I cannot invest in my account from abroad.

So, just as the last guy, there might be more to the story that what was said..

As I said i tried to reach to Coinbase from coinbase-support twitter, from email, from their support service.
But they haven't sent me any message.

Maybe someone reads this post from Coinbase Company.

First, this is a scam accusation, you should first try to post in service discussion as it doesn't really sound like a 'scam".

Hi, I registered to coinbase 4 years ago and my account restricted too 5 or 6 months ago too.

Got restricted ..because?
It's funny how people leave out exactly that tiny bit of information who would save us a lot of time and troubles.
So, why did it get restricted?

Is anyone help me?

Help with an advice on what and how to do it, maybe.
Help you with actually unblocking the account, no! Only coinbase can and if their support is ignoring your messages there is nothing you can do other than filing a complaint with your local customer protection agency.

So they scam for 140 usd?
Coinbase will not scam you over 140 bucks, please be patient and wait until they reply, if you made 50 tickets then that's enough already, or all your tickets will get trash because of spamming and wait till they respond you.

I have a coinbase account since 2013, i lost my phone 2 years ago together with my Google 2fa (silly mistake) then i had to contact the support, i got reply in 7 days.
That was October/November during the crazy bull run and even then I got my problem solved.
Just a few days ago I log in on a pc (i use the app on the mobile most of the time) and i got warning that my account is not 100% approved and i have to send proof of my current address like invoice on my name.
I was a bit disappointed as all my funds in coinbase are from mining or bough with credit card but still i had to prove where i live.
Other than that, i never had any issues with coinbase/Gdax and i'm a long time user.

Have you actually read the topics?

One user was claiming that he had 7000 (edited, fat fingers) Btc in a frozen coinbase account and when he was asked to provide proof it was clear he was faking his balance with a modified page. In reality, he had not even one milibit and his money was returned.
The second topic was about somebody who was supposed to receive money from a coinbase account but the sender scammed him and sent him a fake proof of payment.

So, none of them were actually coinbase problems.

i sent around 50 tickets. Nobody replied.

Don't you think 50 is a bit going overboard? But if nobody replied, nobody here can help you either

i can't call them since i am from turkey..

That won't help you either

Don't be rush. You said you have sent 50 tickets, I guess more than couple of supoort tickets a day. Coinbase support take a lot of time to respond as you know it's one of the popular.
Using coinbase refers using bank. Minimizing the bank interfere or any 3rd party was the goal of BTC. There's no point of using that.

I created New account and fully verified it with my ID i can't call them since i am from turkey..

So they scam for 140 usd?

How did you verify your identity when you are from Turkey and cannot send documents to verify it?
Most of the reason for the ban is because you deposited from gambling sites, pornography or related to illegal platforms.
Wait for the support team to respond because they are the only people who can help you.
Even people who violated their terms are allowed to withdraw their remaining balance by deleting the coinbase account.

So OP can also try this method.

Steps to close your coinbase account:

1.Login to your coinbase account from any of your browser.

2. Go to the account activity tab.

3. Click close account button which can be found at the bottom of that page.

4. Move to your bitcoin to your new bitcoin wallet and click transfer.

When the transaction gets completed you can see close account tab visible.Hope this helps. Smiley

I've been using coinbase for the past, i dunno 3-4 years. No issue, whatsoever.

It's the best option for EU citizens to transfer crypto to cash (Revolut) since the fee is 15c for SEPA and whatever the fee for selling of that crypto is.

Were you scammed however? I believe they wouldn't trick you unless they suspect you tried tricking them (ie fake KYC, etc...)

so i can't transfer my btc from coinbase?

I know it's not the best option but can't you cash them out in paypal (I don't know how are the regulations with paypal in Turkey), it's the easiest and quickest way? You loose a little bit but you can re-buy bitcoin again.
There is another option you can try but you have to have someone you can trust and someone who already have coinbase account. You can transfer coins between coinbase accounts while using only email address, so you can send it to this another person who can withdraw then you your other wallet.
There is a third option too, create a Coinbase Pro account and transfer the coins to it - it's free of charge, then try to withdraw from Coinbase Pro.

Not talking about paypal.. or buying bitcoins

I mean i can't transfer/send cryptocurrency to any address...

I can exchange the cryptocurrency that i have in my Coinbase wallet to altcoins / but i never can send eth btc or ltc / to different addresses.. keep says your account is restricted..

for example when i set 0.014 btc for sending to any btcc address and when i click send / it shows me your account is restricted error..

This coinbase wallet have many problem in the past 2 years ago. Why don't you search for the review first before use that wallet?
I think there are so many good and safe wallet, such as blockchain.
You can find coinbase problem here
