Yes i am looking for a wallet which has no transaction fee..

does Electrum desktop wallet has transaction fee ?
Technically speaking you can send transactions without a fee, but this would mean that your transaction is set behind in priority compared to all the other transactions that have a fee.

There isn't really a specific wallet you can use that is fine with gamblers that also has no transaction fee, I think your best bet would to use Electrum and then just pay the fee. That's just my opinion, however.

ok, how much is by default fee in electrum ?

does Electrum desktop wallet has transaction fee ?

bitcoin wallet doesn't add the fee (it doesn't require fee) the network or the miners will need the fee.
meaning you can send without fee but miners will not accept it.

I thought to gamble in directbet you need a wallet that does not have the transaction fee. because you have to send bitcoin. for each bet. and it could have spent a lot of satoshi

If I were you, I won't use any of these two. You should consider using some "real" wallets, like Electrum, which is the best according to me !

I don't understand? Why do you want to use online wallet? There is some requirement you must follow or something?
Stick to the standard software wallets, that is the only way to keep your coins fully under your control.
By using online 3rd party as your wallet you are giving up power over your own coins, so don't do that.

Never use Coinbase when you like to gamble they will block you for sure.  I use XAPO by my self and so far never get any problems related to blocking accounts when you gamble.

https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

Look for the desktop wallets in above link, its time you should move on and start keeping your bitcoins under your complete control instead of relying on others to do it for you.

Don't use coinbase they don't want gamblers, you have to use only wallets that sends the money from your address, don't use wallets from exchanges, directbet send you the winnings to the same address from you send the money.
