30hrs since made 100+100+25€ tranfer requests with pcs's. They've emptied psc's atleast 4hrs ago, no answer to support ticket I made today either.

I will edit this post when I receive my Bitcoins.
Previous smaller trade took a while but was paid out to my btc-wallet properly, so not sure what to think now.
I think I give you another 12hrs Coinbax-guys.

At minimum, update your faq and website information after customer places an order to tell realistic timeframes.
Don't worry, you received a mail regarding your orders. We need some information first, before we can complete your pending exchange requests.

how fast you deliver bitcoins after customer puts in paysafecard codes?
Please check our FAQ's:

Usually all orders are being processed within a few minutes. If you submit your first order with us, it may take up to 6 hours to process your request, transactions with e-vouchers can take up some longer.

COINBAX Team

Checked your Faq but there isn't any information you can  count in as a fact "usually minutes, maybe 6hrs, maybe longer"

However after I placed my order your site said "approx. delivery time max. 2hrs" -> Well it's been 11x the "max 2hrs" now.

it's a scam site.
I sent 2 trade requests with 2x100eur psc's, no bitcoins, no response
Are you serious, you submitted your vouchers a few hours ago?! Roll Eyes

Common, it's no working day today - no need to cry.

Anyway, we just checked your codes and one of them was locked by Paysafecard and the other one was emptied by somebody else. Please call Paysafecard for further details as we've got nothing to do with your made transactions.

Where are you located?

What jurisdiction?

Are you planning a debit card?
Hi,

our company is officially registered in the United Kingdom. Debit cards are planned within the next few weeks already, we're currently checking out which company of this kind is willing to work together with a Bitcoin company, it's not so easy I can say Wink

We'll inform you as soon as our debit card program starts.

Look at this thread How to receive money on a "anonynmous" bank account ?? and check if you can offer the requested features:

- no ID

- unique IBAN attached to the card

The website looks pretty nice, but there is a serious lack of information I think.
No mention of the fees, there's not even an 'About' page with some info on the company.
Hi,

the fees are disclosed always when you place an exchange request at the order's site already (this is an example for Perfect Money).

Important news for our customers: SEPA Bank Transfer is now accepted again!
