Honestly, I think yahoo is trusted enough at this point to hold coins for these campaigns. After the Master-P thing...who knows anymore.
Edit: I think escrowing should be handled how I do Lucky's campaign though. I hold 2 weeks worth of payments in escrow and they make the payments. The escrow is only needed as a backup in a worst case scenario.
