As I said I haven't checked this correctly but let's say 2 weeks ago I have sent PM to OP because I knew that I had a couple of winning streaks in both threads this one and the second one about soccer betting BETTING STREAK COMPETITION * * COINBET24 * * FREE TO ENTER * * 50 mBTC.
After this, I got paid this cumulated rewards and yesterday additionally 0,5mBTC because I have again predicted correctly 6 soccer matches and I think 4 or 5 hockey matches last week.
Everything is paid in BTC.
It still would be great to hear the exact explanation from OP about exact awards and wagering requirements because the opening post was updated in 2017.
Anyways, this promotion is for sure active and paying, additionally, Coinbet24 looks like an established service with all kinds of betting options, casino and more.

That said, if I understand correctly, to qualify you have to predict the correct result.
