The fee your using for withdraws is too little. I got this tx from my 1 BTC withdraw. It has 3 inputs, but only a 0.0001BTC fee, or 20 satoshis/byte. bitcoinfees.21.co estimates it will take up to ~90 minutes for it to confirm, which is a bit long for some people who might need the funds. Consider using a higher fee (maybe 30 satoshis/byte). There is currently 3.2 mb of transactions in the mempool.
I agree on this, a bit increase in fee but have great effect on the speed of transaction will be awesome. Some user including me prefer to have faster transaction with a bit higher fee than slower transaction with normal fee. For us (investors /entrepreneurs), time essence is important because it will cost us more waiting for the transaction to be confirmed for a longer time than having more fee. Please consider the qouted suggestion.
