Fun concept, really hope it doesn't turn into a 20 new coins per day thing again. 
It would only benefit the BUILD holders since every generated coin decreases the total supply, making the demand for it go up

in the bad side we will be flooded with shitcoins but i like the idea of make coins construction mainstream, lets see whats happens with it
We're getting flooded by 'shitcoins' that get created for free, or by mainstream shitcoin creators.
Since you need BUILD credits inside your wallet to generate a coin, and wait until they stake, it will stop the mainstream kids from creating 50 coins a day.
Combine this fact with the decreasing supply by destroying coins, and you know not every regular kid will use the generator.
Coinbuilder aims for the crowd that has a great concept, but don't want the coin to be created by some shitcoin service (and getting exposed by a simple look at the source).
