Hi team, I have apply listed novadex.io (Exchange) and vvcoin (cryptocurrency) on your site since FEB 2018, all info I already submitted but still dint get any response from your site. Pls give some response.

I'm sorry for bumping this topic but I'm experiencing exactly the same problem.
1. Altfolio ratings are not (always?) realtime. Don't know why since the ratings are used in the app anyway. (edit: honestly this issue is VERY annoying)
2. Charts are often not available. And then again they are. Oh no they're not. Annoying...
Does anyone else have this problem?
Which (free) alternative app could I use?

Hi!
I have downloaded the app and I'm seeing a few strange things:
- Altfolio coin-price is not real-time
- Altfolio doesn't seem to update frequently
- CoinCap.io coin prices are (sometimes) different than coinmarketcap.com. Can you explain this?
I also noticed that not all coins are listed in the app or on your site. Is that something that you are working on? Is there a page where we can see the coins that will be added?
Hope you can help me sort out these few issues.

I guess it is not maintained that frequently anymore, he doesn’t add new coins plus the website is basically automatic and even if it shows the right prices it just retracts it with an API of an exchange and shows there, so there is nothing manually needed to be done to keep the website updated, which means he doesn’t have to be active for the website and he may not be here at all anymore.
This is not actually a app thing. The app seems just use the coincap.io API to get the data. The website does not show those coins either. Thus the app does not need to get updated, the coins just need to be added to the database of coincap.io.

I do not know if this thead is still maintained by the creator but I could not found a more recent thread for coincap.io app.
I would like to ask to add a various new coins like Byteball, Ark and Incent. I am not able to manage those coins in my altcoin portfolio in the app since they are not available yet.
Further I have a suggestion for improvement. The app only allows to add amount with an dot like 0.1 Bitcoin for instance. The problem is that for countries in where a comma is usally used instead of the dot, the key board only shows a comma. If you type 0,1 then, the app crash. At least the iOs app. Did not test it on Android.

Good look nice design and layout. I think the list needs a tad of work since it goes on forever at the bottom and with the way it scrolls. Maybe others like it, personal preference. Also it would be nice to have the stats at the top even when you scroll down so you remember what you looking at without having to scroll all the way up.

Once a new coin gets listed in any exchange it should reflect in the coincap database. I guess the coin is not showing now because it has not been listed in an exchange yet.

I liked that "Dominance Index" thing: DOX??? :-)
It's good to see the Bitcoin (BIG) weight over all those altcoins. I never visualized it so clear before.

I suggest that you show only 100 coins per page. Otherwise it's an endless (heavy) list for just one page.
