Well, the thing is that you are not allowed to sell anything unless you are authorized* reseller/are owner of the thing. But a person who needs quick money can sell anything and everything for his profit. It may be not legit but its profitable to them.

I doubt that he has a backdoor in his script. I have seen many people uploading such scripts on github and I didn't find any backdoors in them. But who knows, people can check it before they payout.

If you're selling a limited amount and you have a decent knowledge of English, why don't you make the title "Limited Amount to be Sold" or something to that point. Clearly you don't have any knowledge of English since in the title it's implying that you have only a few copies and you're going to sell what you have left.
