Maybe their's a way the law can create something to protect consumers from bitcoin scams. I know you can't charge back bitcoins but maybe do some kind of charge back on the blockchain to send it back to the sender if its been reported as a scam.
No need for laws. Just use your brain and stop being greedy. Such kind of "investments" are 99,9999999% a scam. Everyone knows it, most state "you just need to start early to get paid before they run away with all the funds" and in the end, all are crying.
btw, I thought BTC was created with the idea of freedom, no laws that regulate how to use it? Be your own bank? Of course that also includes that you need to be responsible, use you brain and only invest what you can afford to lose (all kinds of investments have the risk you will be scammed, that's not exclusively in crypto).

Like have the blockchain save the coins from that address as in escrow. I like bitcoin but to many people are using it to scam causing people from trading alot more or equal to the stock market.

There is a difference between scam and ponzi. This is ponzi...so it's just a game.
People receive money from new investors, they take a percentage. When there are no more funds they stop paying. Simple as that.
Imo this is legit as any gambling site.
CoinsDouble.com is NOT the same as CoinDouble.net...
The site has been open just over 100 hours now as the first payments have started flowing...
