Please ether add some automatic Share diff optimization or enable user to change this rate.
At bfgminer I could see that almost 2/3 of time threads are idle.

with vardiff shares count doesn't make any sense since some slow miners are sending diff 4 shares, and some fast ones send diff 512 shares... you can't add that up :S only thing we can do is to sum the share diffs instead, that's how we calculate rewards. but those numbers are not anything like share count, more like amount of work done. How much shares did we all together deliver?
