Buy The F*cking Dip

Well, this is the first time that I heard about this exchange. I don't know that something like this exists. If you are going to trade some BTC or altcoin, why don't you just go to the big exchanges out there who have better customer support and have established their name in the crypto world for many years. I will not put any of my money in some unknown exchange site.

This is the BCT account from coinexchange.io https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/coinexchangeio-849024

You can choose to PM him/her asking for clarification, but looking at the most recent post today, it seems that they have contacted the mojo *dev* or team member, and are waiting for response. Looks like it's an external issue.

Ok, it looks like the situation is somewhat clear now. There are a few possibilities.

~ It takes them a serious amount of time and effort (whatever the reason may be) to get things working.

~ The developers behind the coin are facing problems and thus the exchange can't do anything other than waiting till things work before they notify you.

~ The exchange in question doesn't give a damn about you and other users of their exchange.

May I know what the value of your mojo hodlings in BTC are?
I bought and withdraw 3766.32 mojo for the amount of 0.02935198 BTC.
It's not a lot of money, but still in my country it's money

the problem with these small exchanges is that they don't earn enough money to be able to run all these altcoin wallets smoothly and since nobody really withdraws  or deposits these altcoins sometimes their wallets go offline and remain offline. you know that running the wallet takes up server resources.

what you need to do is always checking the status of the wallet and to make extra sure you can do it with a small amount first then go big.
I checked there once for a particular altcoin I wanted to dump but the wallet was offline and when I asked them will it come back I didn't get a proper answer so I gave up. so yeah it kinda sucks.

I bought a coin version 2 on your exchange. And then I sent it to the address that version 3 supports.
You KNOW that version 2 is not viable.

Does the Exchange bear any responsibility? Or do you spit on customers?

Hooray !

I'm sorry if I made a mistake with the section. I do not understand where to write this topic.

What made you use this exchange? Haha. I checked their active markets and the altcoin with the most volume is Bitconnect coin. That alone tells a lot about that exchange and it would be better if you stick to the more popular ones like Poloniex and Bitfinex.

If you have a hard time in choosing which exchange to use check this http://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/

I used this exchange site before, when you deposit or withdraw it's instant but last week I got a problem regarding withdrawing my funds. It takes weeks for me to get a response from their support, to cut is short yes I withdrew my funds. And also I notice they increased the withdrawal free from 0.0002btc to 0.001btc, what the heck.

You'll never explained what is your problem is it's just only support not responding ? Did you ever tried to DM this user about your issue? https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/coinexchangeio-849024

how long time you wait for their respons? if you waiting it more than 72hours you can make a scam accusation at this section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 but i don't think it can solve your problem, or maybe you can try to contact them everyday till get any respons from them

I'm sorry to say, but this exchange is a complete noobhole. It would help if you just state what your issue with them is, because now people can only guess.

It's even worse than Yobit and a few other related altcoin exchanges. I never understand why people choose for such exchanges while there are a few decent ones, and one far superior at the top (poloniex).

This thread fits better in the exchange section I guess.

From how many days you are waiting for their reply? You have to post in detail, what is your actual problem there.

They are pretty old platform and even i have traded there few times before without any problem. May be you have to wait a little bit more.

Anyway keep this thread updated about your issue.
