Hello,
I opened an account with coinfloor about 10 days ago. uploaded both my passport and license copy as ID and address proof and then got an email from them saying that the account is approved.
However every time i log in and want to deposit money it says i need full identity verification and so am unable to deposit. Have sent three emails to them so far but get no response. Wonder if anyone has had this problem and if anyone here is a coinfloor user.
