Sorry. By "Check new deposit" I thought it meaning checking unconfirmed deposit.

Sorry for the delay with your cash outs we were moving to a new hardware and we had to re-download the whole block chain again so it took us a little longer than usual to refill our hot wallet. Also we improved our wallet management scripts so moving funds between our wallets should be much smoother now.
