For me, CMC is much better to use because literally, I never tried to use crypto compare before. By the way, I only use CMC to check prices of the coins I used. Maybe I'll try crypto compare in the future.
If you never used other site to check a token beside CMC, how can you say if that's better than others? You can only say that's "Better" after you used other sites than compare with the other one. If you only use 1 site, it's mean you are satisfied about it and it's not "better"

I see CMC is adding coins with 1 USD volume like Rentledger or with not-working main pages etc.

We (https://webchain.network) try to get listed there for months, we have over 2000 followers on discord, not so big volume as it is around 1000 usd and lately it went down but is in hundreds, but it's not token - it's full blockchain, not just a fork, with whitepaper, big team (30+) behind it and sucessful projects promoting it

Yet, we are getting complete silence from them. Each request is simply ignored. I was thinking that maybe CMC listing is based on unofficial payment fees? If so, how much it could cost?

If not, why are they adding completely unknown projects but ignore the ones with higher volume/followers? Looks extremely obscure to me.

Personally, I'm working with the coinmarketcap app, but I'm considering and looking for other options. Could you give a link to the FinTab website ?

It seems to me that the FinTab project is gaining popularity more and more, it is good, because a mobile application that helps to quickly and effectively create a portfolio will always be in demand.

If we compare Coinmarketcap and FinTab, I would choose FinTab, because This project is still young and already shows wonderful results. A paid subscription is only$ 19, where you'll find cheaper?
Tell me, will I be able to integrate this mobile application FinTab with my accounts on cryptocurrency exchanges?

Coinmarketcap is good to analyze the price changes alone but cryptocompare is being used for various purposes mate. I see the traders mostly check the CMC to pick the right for making the profit with their trade. But miners using cryptocompare to check the difficulty and price changes in the market.

I do not think we need to compare these both sites to make the money.

I stopped using coinmarketcap after the disappearance of korean exchanges' volume. The prices came tumbling down after that, as a result. Which is insane. Thinking that a simple website like that can make tens of billions go away in the blink of an eye. It's the same as mining centralization. I've started using livecoinwatch since. Customizable with a cool interface.
Alternatively, you can try the FinTab app. It is very convenient to work with him, the information is quickly updated. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2193271.new#new

The both are ok, as long as they are giving you the real things which you want.. but sometimes some token will be listed on coinmarket but will not be cryptocompare.

Hi i wonder which of those services is better?coinmarketcap or cryptocompare? Or would you say that it doesn't matter? or would even auggest to use another service for getting the latest courses?

For me Coinmarketcap is much better than cryptocompare , it have better interface and easy to check price chart and list of exchanges . more depth report of every coin price wise . we can check price in different currencies and also check volume of most of exchanges .

It doesn't matter which service you use, coinmarketcap , cryptocompare , livecoinwatch or any other. It just coinmarketcap was one of the first one to be created. so it has some benefits among the others
Now there are a lot of analogues. But I use coinmarketcap, because it is more convenient, and a little cryptocompare.
Not only just convenient but also it do already have the feature that you do want. Like on those tabs like market, 24 hour volume and we can able to see up the rankings and thats a good thing as a preference and when it comes to popularity then theres no doubt CMC do have it. I didnt even hear about cryptocompare though since this post is how many years old back but CMC do manage to reach upto these days.

I think there are many services that we can use, but it all depends on each one. because this is an option that will be able to make a guarantee for the future in determining this choice.
It would always matter with our choice but we cant avoid the fact that coinmarketcap has it all but recent issues about data updates do put up some users to doubt. I dont know if its already been fixed.

All is better but since they are giving you the same results then no problem you can use any of them to search you coin or token that have been listed on the market.. although you can also use doubling.io to for the rest.

Re: coinmarketcap or cryptocompare - which is better?
i do heard of coinmarketcap but i never heard of cryptocompare . so my vote will obviously go to coinmarketcap. coinmarketcap is also the first and popular source for crypto reference , other are just copy pasting. therfor there is no need for you to use  any other platforms aside from the popular ones.
