I wanted to do withdrawal but when I got confirmation email -I couldnt confirm my withdrawal because it came ERROR 503 or something. So I clicked cancel withdrawal and it worked - BTC came back to my account but without 0.0001 fee. Is it normal to take fee even withdrawal is canceled?

You will not move up in queue because of this, so please, just stop.

We cannot stop people from depositing cryptos to our addresses.
More importantly, we should not, because the vast majority of our of users never had a problem.
You accepted having some problems by using the Site.

Edit: whatever. your account is now credited for the stuck deposit.

We all understand your Problems and nobody said you are doing nothing or not enough..
BUT support taking 3 days to clear Pending and withdraw...and let more people deposit and get there BTC stuck in the same
Time doesn't help anyone. !
You should clear out all support tickets first before you let people deposit more cryptos that end up to stuck anyway...

that waiting 3days is not a convenient situation...

Exchange down for SMC wallet upgrade. We will be back in 10 minutes.

We did now know about this SMC fork at all, as we have been busy mitigating the malleability issue.
Its the coin developer's responsibility to keep the exchange operators posted on news like this.

Edit: Credited 100+ stuck SMC deposits.
Edit2: Credited some more stuck deposits.

Can you confirm you got credited the correct amount of SMC? Not less, not more?

I deposited some SMC an hour ago and they're visible but not confirmed. This is unusual for SMC as it's usually very quick. They did require people to upgrade the wallet yesterday I believe. Could this be the cause of the lack of confirmation? Thanks for any help.
