who do i contact to withdraw my cash coins still in this platform?
The withdrawals that were requested/confirmed 8 or less hours ago are not affected and the platform is running as intended.Stuck withdrawals (whose TXID does not appear on the blockchain) will be processed via an automatic routine when its ready and safe to use.
Stuck deposits will be manually processed in a few hours or faster. We are working hard to solve the past issues.

can you check this utc deposit, been pending for almost 2 days. Not a huge amount but still a bit long to be waiting

Deposit has shown up and appreciate all the hard work by the staff. Personally, I have had no issues with the platform.

Made a deposit over several BTC a few hours ago and not showing up as pending either. Waiting for resolution.

Nobody needs to worry - we are on top of things and are working on automatic routines to fix stuck stuff.
That wont happen again as we have applied two different patches to issues that hit many of the exchanges today.
We also started to donate to the core developers of the bitcoin client
- to help funding work that needs to be done to fix some issues that may cause problems in the long term.

Hi I have a few deposits totaling 136.03333695 ICN that is stuck as unconfirmed in my CoinMarket ICN Wallet, the stuck deposits began at 10:55 yesterday please see block chain details for the first one below:

Hi, I have never had any issues other than this one (See above), I have been very happy to use this exchange albeit in Beta stage.
I would be grateful if you could resolve my stuck ICN deposits when you get the chance and glad to learn about the patch, I know there has been chaos today with many exchanges trying to resolve many issues.

So many folks running off at the mouth today without having the first clue what's going on in the larger world.

Its a problem with most of the exchanges today that we are dealing with.
Edit: we have credited all stuck KARM, LEAF, USDE and KDC deposits.
We are working on other support requests. Quite a high volume of them.
Keep in mind that most of the exchanges are experiencing similar issues today.

Can you please look into my account? KARM was taken out of my account, but there wasn't a transaction ID and the KARM wasn't sent to my wallet address or credited back to my account.

I'm not affected by the malleable transaction issue because I understand Crypto Currencies.
We fixed this as soon as we discovered the problem, literally in minutes.
Read the previous page, its not our first reply today.
We have donated and will continue to donate to the bitcoin core devs to make the mallable transactions problem (and some other issues) go away on a large scale.

Guys, I just need to come in here and say that I haven't had any problems with coinmarket.io. Sure, I'm not dealing with 5000 BTC, just small amounts... to test it. But sending and receiving BTC and the other coins haven't been a problem for me. Besides, today many sites have had a lot of issues.
