Coinmedia is not scam. It's 100% legit. You will be paid after you make an withdrawal request. I have withdrew money from coinmedia 3/4 times. They have good rates for publishers.Your site is in Gold/Platinum publisher network? What about withdrawals for Free/Standart network?
I placed a withdrawal request for 0.0048 BTC couple of days ago and got paid yesterday. I never had any payment issues from them (once there was a slight delay, contacted support and resolved it immediately), have been using coinmedia for about half an year now.
They support never replay to my request, and they didn't pay me till now more than 0.004 BTC.

And they manually do withdrawal process, so it delays normally 1/2 days... For me, It delayed 1 day for every transactions.
