Be aware with this seller. They send me a faulty Antminer T17e out of the box, even though they assured me that all miners were tested before being shipped. Here started my ordeal. They didn't make themselfs responsible for this situation and told me to send the miner to Bitmain to be repaired (which supposed more customs and shipping costs for me).

Even though I asked for a refund, Gavin Finder (the director) told me that it wasn't in their terms and conditions. I asked to speak directly to him, but looks like he doesn't have a corporate mobile phone to call (really???). So after two months, I'm still having issues with this miner and with Bitmain.
Maybe I am missing something since i have never purchased any mining equipment but I  would like to know, what's the benefit of using resellers such as coinminingcentral.com who could scam you yet you can directly deal with Bitmain or their Official suppliers?

This thread alone has a lot of complaints about coinminingcentral.com. Why would you not first look for information and reviews about a supplier before you send money to them?

Hi Mike-Miner,

We have a number of shipping facilities where our units are shipped from and this will mainly depend on the delivery address of the recipient and the availability in our facilities. If the buyer is purchasing through a VAT registered company within the EU than the units will be shipped from our facility in the United Kingdom where they will be no customs or duty fees. Alternatively if the customer is purchasing outside of the EU then there will be customs fees on delivery.

For more information you can see our shipping policy below using the following link: https://coinminingcentral.com/pages/shipping

We provide all with this information and are always transparent and upfront with our customers. You can email me directly at [email protected] and i'll be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

Kind Regards
Gavin - Director, Coin Mining Central

Seriously......you are promoting yourself through 'paid' publicity. And we all know we can buy reviews and block negative ones on Trustpilot. Maybe you need to adress the fact that YOU DROP SHIP FROM CHINA AND NEVER HAVE ANY STOCK AT YOUR FACILITY. This ends up in paying VAT excluded on your website and having lots of 'surprises' on delivery (VAT, import and shipping delays, duties etc)

I would like to see some proof the order completed, a picture of the box, and the miner would be a good start. Does not help the main page uses pictures you can find on google.

m4acker i appreciate your time and effort to show us the proof, but you misunderstood what i mean.

i was not asking a photo with all the personal info, and i'm not going to ask to take a photo what i want.
what i was saying is my way to show a reliable proof...

taking a photo of physical stuffs and cover the personal info. in this way is less probable to edit the stuffs (DHL invoice, ASIC, emails, supplier invoice, etc.)
things like you did after i asked this part.  Grin

Yes, you delivered enough proofs to prove they're legit. Now the doubters have to deliver their proofs to prove that company is not legit.  Grin  Cool

not really convinced yet, i can draw and edit that email with paint & photoshop.
would be more helpful with a real photo of product, invoice, email, etc. screenshot is useless for me.

few months ago I talked to Gavin asking for some photos, he gave me a photo of the uk office but i find out that it was from google search.

Ok well I am obviously not going to upload my invoice with all my personal details on it, and others. That's just dumb.
And im not sending you the e-mail chain, because "that could be altered" and would probably moan about that.

But here is some further evidence that may help you believe they are a "real" company which is way more difficult to counterfeit.

The Paypal screen shot is dated July 31st... Thats when I paid for the order ....   On the 4th of August the items were shipped from China, they arrived with my forwarder in Germany on the 8th.

You can see my confirmation of deliver on Coinmining Central's website here... a screen shot but see the shipping ID? 8609348230

That cannot be fake, you can track it - Hong Kong to Germany -
https://www.logistics.dhl/us-en/home/tracking.html?tracking-id=8609348230

If you use this link you can download proof of delivery from DHL - They need a ZIP code for validation - use 10437 - There you can validate those dates.....

Two Packages (a PSU and the Miner) were shipped. Here they are in my Forwarders office, the Import tax receipt (Stating the Date 8th) and the telegram chat where he sent the pics to me.

Miner (albeit still in the box but I have returned them now so?)

I already stated that Gavin agreed to swap out the Z1 Pro for a couple of T2Tz. So I do not have pictures of it
But when they were forwarded the Innosilicon T2Tz's, one took longer to get to me so I took pictures of the "unboxing" - fortunately... - because I was concerned it fell off a conveyor or something.

Hopefully my persistence, if not this exhausted effort to prove I had a transaction with them, will alleviate your concerns about Coinmining Central. They are a legitimate ASICs seller.  Grin

I know that the email can be edited but i tired to give m4acker a benefit of doubt.
Given that he was in this forum since Feb and from earlier posts you can clearly see that he likes things to do with mining... so i wouldn't really see the reason why he would come in and lie all of a sudden.

Nonetheless, anybody planning to use the service should proceed with caution and do lots of background research.

Not a problem, happy to help with your confidence in these guys because its so f*cking hard to find ASIC sellers that are not scammers. Coin mining central are decent guys are you can definitely trust them

So, here is my transaction with them and some snippets of the convo I had to get a replacement. The replacement cost more so I did pay extra for them.

Seems pretty good.
I edited the links you provided so that they became visible when i quoted the message.

I also gave you 1 merit for going through all the trouble. It could help you in future when you reached enough activity to be a Jr Member and you want to post an image in the forum  Wink

I have purchased from them, they are legit. And actually accept paypal which is unheard of and truly helped me decide to go with them over others (buyer security).

To be completely honest, they fantastic and customer service is better than expected. I got a Dayun Z1 pro and one board kept failing (possibly user error as they seemed to get it working...) but Gavin (legend) agreed to let me switch for 2x Innosilicon T2Tz.

They Ship from China as expected so you'll get import fees but their prices are fair. If you are in the UK, use a forwarded to get cheaper prices as they charge for the UK tax, dunno how that works but you'll save like 10% sending through Germany or whatever.

I plan to get a couple more and would feel completely safe using BTC / bank transfer now, given my experience with a paypal transaction.
No offence but Providing some proof of how friendly the customer services was and how they helped you would be much better.
Not so many people will believe what you are saying from just words... me inclusive.

Anybody bought something on this website???
I can barely find anything about them, which usually means that the smarter thing to do is to stay the hell away from them.

I'd stay away.

Hi granata84,

Are you referring to an order made on our website: www.coinminingcentral.com

Can you please confirm your name and order number for the purchase of the Whatsminer M3X? We have not received any email regarding a complaint for this. Additionally we have not had any orders for the M3X that were delivered in the last 3 days.

As stated in the listing the units are USED. "Purchase is for 1x Used M3X", but are fully tested before shipment. These units are no longer being manufactured so USED units are the only available units on the market.

It would not be possible that you received the item with a "missing PSU" as the Power Supplies are built into the machine.

Yes as mentioned in our shipping policy: Depending upon your shipping address, and product availability in our warehouses, your order may be sent out direct from our shipping facilities in Hong Kong.

We can also offer shipping from our UK facility if a purchase is made through a VAT registered company within the EU. We are more than happy to discuss these options with you prior to purchase.

If you have any questions you can email us at: [email protected]

I look forward to your response and assisting you further.

Kind Regards
Gavin - Director, Coin Mining Central
