I think it's a common knowledge that you won't get paid if you remove the signature before the payment.

that's how it works with all sig campaign. no reason why this one should be any different.

I completely agree with this. If they are going to have a signature campaign, then they should have a escrow or payments for a campaign manager. The last 2 weeks have shown to the community that they are lacking in community response and payments are never on time as they should be. OP you need to re-evaluate your position as manager or appoint someone that will help you with this. You are going to lose your members faster than you gained them at this rate.
