I also have a problem with coinpayment...
You should start a separate scam accusation against them. This will bring more visibility to your case and potentially prevent the next person from getting scammed by them.

Here is a link to the Scam Accusation board[1]. Higher up in this thread you will find the format for reporting scams.

I'd be very surprised if this were a scam. I've used Coinpayments before and they're as legitimate as it gets as a Bitpay competitor. Like Bitpay, though, if you don't give a good fee it gets all weird with refunds.

Make sure you fill in the support ticket, check also with the merchant to help follow up. I doubt they will scam for $4.

Have you confirmed this matter with vpscheap?

This can also happen if the merchant is using our API and didn't include your email in the API call.

In case he didn't opt in to receive PM's from newbies. I've given him a heads up!

I can not write a claim on his name, dealt with the site coinpayments.net ,not with him
No need to write the name on scam accusation, just write coin payment and add proof if you has been scammed. It will better if you attach the screenshot or more proof about it.
Good luck with it!

Do you have any transaction ID so that we can verify if coinpayments is scam or the vpscheap is one who scam you.
Paste your TXID here and we check and verify if who is scammer as a proof that coinpayments is scam.

The above is just a suggestion and sample how to report it here in the forum and tell the other people about your issue using their services and notify the others that coinpayment services is turn into scam so that other people can help you about issue because there are many members here use coinpayment for their business.

I saw escrow.ms's lolipop thread 4 days ago and placed a order for 1000 lolipops. After I sent him payment, he just went offline and never came back. I think he's a big liar and a scam artist. Stay away from him.

No refunds are available for this payment at this time. You may have already claimed them or if your transaction hasn't confirmed on the blockchain it won't be available until AFTER it confirms. This can also happen if the merchant is using our API and didn't include your email in the API call.

If you feel this is in error continue to post a support ticket below...
