you know there are better paying campaigns out there for a lot less effort? why not check one of those out?

There's not any better campaigns when you have as many posts as he has. He'll get about 7.5 dollars without even making any posts so you can't get much more effortless than that. I think people care too much about their post count here. Sometimes you might have posts or threads deleted but this campaign or forum doesn't owe you anything for that and it's something you'll just have to count as an occupational hazard. I'm sure it's rare that things like this happen anyway

In fact, I don't quite like this idea

That's why I'm doing my best not to feel like I'm paid for doing nothing. Personally, it would give me more peace of mind if we were paid entirely on a per post basis (while keeping the rates competitive, obviously). As an aside, you have more posts than me and as I have just checked you post substantially less than me nowadays (on average), so, if anything, it could be said that it is you who get paid more for doing nothing (just in case, there wasn't a day when I didn't post anything). It ain't my business, but, strictly speaking, it ain't your business either

This has been a thing that has been going on since day 1 of this campaign.  To all the sudden have a strong feeling against this doesn't really make much since besides you just being greedy.  The point of being paid on your history of posts + new posts, rather than just a regular per post basis, is to prevent spamming that you see with other campaigns.

The mere fact that this campaign attracts reputable/legendary members for that fact alone, while not giving incentive for people here to spam 60 posts a week gives Coinroll way more credibility than any other advertiser here.

No I dont escrow anymore.

Hmm. As far as I recall the thread was split off and that was archived so you shouldn't have lost any posts unless some were just deleted from the thread.

So its even rarer. I didnt notice any drop on posts ever, just assumed it was moved to trash instead of archive.

Ah, so you're doing it to show your gratitude to Coinroll. If that's the case then suck it up and stop being greedy and complaining that you're not going to get paid for a handful of missing posts  Roll Eyes.

Yeah, Im pretty sure the only time I had that amount of posts removed was when the 'Paid Sig Overview' Thread was trimmed. Its rare and the way I understand the coin roll tracker one would at most lose a day worth of posts.

You have been writing 60 posts every 3 days for months now. For most people including me 60 posts equate to 2-3 weeks of posting.

wow. you're right. that's some serious posting.

i think i lost about 10-15 posts yesterday and it looks like a few old ones today too.

it looks like it's happened to everyone so there's nothing any sig campaign can do about it. it's a forum wide thing.

Yes, I see it as a real problem

You have been writing 60 posts every 3 days for months now. For most people including me 60 posts equate to 2-3 weeks of posting. I am not trying to disparage you or something, but it seems that you are treating this like a very serious job which is, well, kinda strange lol. Maybe try contacting Namworld on Skype personally so he could add your missing posts manually.

Is this really a 'problem'?

Yes, I see it as a real problem

And it is not just my problem (as I specifically pointed out). We are all in the same boat actually, and if you don't want to lose 2-3 weeks of posting just because some crazy moderator, staff, or patroller deletes a few years old thread, I ask you as well as other participants to leave their word in the thread that I created in Meta by the link above. It is unlikely that theymos is going to read this thread, but he will certainly take a notice of the thread in Meta. Obviously, solving this issue on a personal basis won't change anything. Hope this helps

Today, I lost like 64 posts

That is, my total post count got diminished by 64 posts. Since I didn't receive any notification that some of my posts were deleted and my recent posts are all in place, it seems like some old thread(s) got trashed, maybe, even years old (most likely in the Politics&Society section where I had been actively posting once upon a time). Is it possible to do something about that? It kinda looks we are all susceptible to this kind of problem. Here's the relevant thread in the Meta section of the forum

I'm exiting this campaign (my signature is changed today) i have only positive experience.  Wink
Thanks!
So there is a spot open from a departure when a current member of the original applicants leave?

Of there is could I possible put my name in the hat to be eligible?
Looks like I just missed Namworld when he made a rare appearance during his rounds today. Undecided

Anyone can apply but we will only contact the users the owners might be interested in
Well with the resignation of MediaR and the recent departure of Jambola2 just put in the last week would it be safe to say there are some vacant Namworld would be looking to fill some time soon?
If I can put in my formal application I would like to do so to you Yahoo62278, so to reserve an opening which have been created due to these two members leaving the campaign on their own free will.

Let Namworld know of my interest in proceeding to put fourth my application to join this signature campaign.
My last day would be tomorrow from the one I am currently participating in right the moment you or Namworld notifies me of the result of my application.
