Registration should not be limited, just keep on what they have done before. Registration open till the last seconds of the tournament, logically the longer time of registration the more people will register.

During the live competition until the end of the tournament day people should allowed to register.
And i think today should be the day to start opening the registration but i cannot see victor active recently Huh

Depends on what kind of tournaments victor wanna offer, if it is like the previous tournament which was using win rate to decide the winner then yes people will try many startegies but if it will be just like "hunt number" contest so it will be purely based on luck.
Link? Why you ask it, afaik the link will be available once its ready to start. You can wait for it or just visit the site once victor announce that the tournament is ready. It will be very easy to find it on coinroyale as it is very simple site.

Dice win rate tournament would be excellent with a minimum of 0.025 wagered and 100 rounds.

It would be more fun than bingo, wagering competition.

I think if you can bring in tourneys for the other ones as well than we can at least try it and see if we like it or not.

Rather than asking for an answer, you should definitely provide with games and keep the highest wagered ones and eliminate the others. You can even keep the other ones as well since it won’t be that bad of an idea to create all games possible to bring in more gamblers.
