bits4books, please try the withdrawal again. It should go without a hitch. I'm really sorry for the bad experience and I promise I'll make it up to you.
Our team concluded that the server ran out of memory and we will be moving our site to better server this week. It's our upmost priority now to make sure the backend server doesn't go down again.

Sorry for the trouble. I've just replied through PM and email.
Our backend server is currently down right now. First look it seemed that it ran out of memory. Our technical team are bringing it up now. And don't worry, we've been around for a while and your bitcoins are safe with us. You should be able to withdraw right away once the site is up.
I'll keep posting the updates here.

I added a large amount of bitcoin to your site, which all my deposits have greater than 10 confirmations, and it's giving me an error message when I try to withdraw..

I have contacted via all of the available methods and tried withdrawing using several different amounts and still NOTHING.
Hopefully this is just a small error and they will have everything up and running ASAP, but until then..
I will update as progress is made or once they address my issue.
EDIT: He contacted me this morning regarding the issue and said it should be repaired within the hour!
