I advise you to check on SOL and Doge but don't forget about Bitcoin, the mother coin, because it stands the test of time, and its bull run is always amazing, just like we experienced in Q4 2024.
Also, when you are starting up to invest in coins, minimize your investment, because the market dips. Economic and political activities can happen, and a coin dip. So, when you invest in a coin you've not invested in before, be careful and know that  everyone is holding on to the coin with possibilities.
Bitcoin must always be the main in the portfolio and must be the biggest because it is as a fundamental portfolio in Crypto if it does not have Bitcoin I think we will be tortured with Altcoin fluctuations that are constantly easily influenced by Bitcoin.
Sol pretty good will remain doge I am very doubtful because it is too related to Elon Musk and that is not a good thing to be in Crypto coins, if the word Elon leaving Doge might lose its value, because what is in the doge is Elon Musk.

I think it's best to buy more of America base coins, like $XRP $Trump $Sui $Doge $Ondo $Sol $Pengu. These are coins you must have in this 2025,  its owners by an Americans. And with the help the crypto President Trump, these coins could be consider in the crypto reserve bills.  I advise you buy and hold them, then have some quantity of Pepe. And hodl them for a year.
How true is this statement that American coins are likely to do better because of the president influence, I think it's just an illusion you create in your mind that such thing would happen, although it seems good to be true but in reality, that's not possible to occur. An altcoin can never used for reserves and such proposals cannot be passed on the Human Resources of any company to accept such proposals. It should means joke to any company deciding to allow such business strategy by reserving altcoins.

Anyways, Doge should be picked out by OP because of this reason that it is backed by Elon Musk, having great future of it's low transaction fees and faster confirmation feature.

You need to do your own research, I mean asking for advice is fine but please do not go solely off what somebody shills on this forum. There is a bias agenda from some people who obviously want to pump their own bags. Don’t be their exit liquidity. Take your time & buy coins that have real utility & a great online community with a decent amount but not too much liquidity, small caps are advisable too.

In the first sentence you said that Dyor, this is what we should do before investing in cryptocurrency. It is even better that we ourselves conduct research on the altcoins
hat we will buy as an investment.

Because if we do not do this, the fund or capital that we will use in choosing crypto assets will be wasted for sure in the end. That's why only those who have knowledge and
those who have no knowledge of these things will lose.

If we can give another advice about research, it's quite important to know and improve how you could do better, then we are going to end up with a lot better approach in the future as well. This isn't really that difficult, we could do a lot better, just need to keep learning. If you learn and gain experience then you will be able to make a lot better decisions and you could see this as a good thing and make profits.

Maybe the main mindset that comes from some people, especially new and have never invested in crypto, is that this is a big and easiest and fastest way to make their first money.

Maybe at the beginning, the greeting went according to expectations and when the moment of correction came, this could be a bitter pill for those who are not used to being hit. Yes. fear arises and does not hesitate to leave the market and even sell at the lowest price.

As a newbie in crypto, it is always good to carry out your own research so that you will have a clear picture of what you want to invest your money in, which will allow you to know if the coin you want to invest in is worth putting a fortune in or not than waiting for people to tell you the possible coins to invest in. Since you are looking for coins to invest your money in so that you will stand a chance of making a profit in this bull run, don't invest all your money so that you will always solve your daily expenses. You can invest with the money you can afford to lose in case it takes a long time for you to be in profit so that you will not struggle to solve your daily expenses.
Yes, people need to learn to invest only what they can afford to lose because if you end up investing ALL you have, then with one drop you could do a lot worse and suddenly you are out of the money you need as well. If you can do that then we could definitely consider this as a big trouble without a doubt.

If we can give another advice about research, it's quite important to know and improve how you could do better, then we are going to end up with a lot better approach in the future as well. I already have a few altcoin in mind which is moonriver , beefy finance and aerodrome finance.

I do research and look at the past statistics of them.

Was wondering if anyone had a recommendations as there are thousands different coins lurking around now and don't trust this social media guys with their "price predictions"
These are the worst pick I've seen so far, moonriver has never risen for how many years today and had been dipped for long without any chance of getting pump someday, and if it does, it's not going to be massive because it seems the team are not building on the blockchain anymore or they are slow on it and no tangible information on the development progress.

Beefy has been the oldest DeFi platform with high price I think, can these pick gives you profits at all?

I'll recommend you picking L1/L2 projects for your own safety, at least there's every reasons behind their demands because they create a system of use cases in the crypto ecosystem.

Hi All

I'm looking a coin to invest in for this bullmarket. Can anyone suggest some.

Current hold Algo, Sonic, Mana, SHIB
Why don’t you just do your research and invest in any coin that you think is the best to invest in? You don’t have to follow what other people suggest, don’t invest blindly, make sure you do research before investing. You have invested in some altcoins, and I notice that you didn’t mention bitcoin among your investments. It’s just better if you leave some money in bitcoin also. Don’t invest in altcoins alone, bitcoin investment is still the best investment, so just invest in bitcoin and leave other money in altcoins.

Also when investing in altcoins, make sure your investment is in strong altcoins, the ones that have been in the market for some time, avoid investing in shit coins, or new project, don’t always trust them, don’t leave your  money in them, they will end up disappointing you.

If I were to give my personal advice, I would definitely recommend buying Bitcoin because I want to save your money. Buying Bitcoin is the only way to keep your money safe and it has a high chance of growing in the future, so the sooner you invest in Bitcoin, the better.
Whenever you invest in an altcoin that is not your choice, you can lose money immediately, but you should buy Bitcoin only to manage your money properly.

Agreed here.
The advice can and should be taken, but it should be tested too, not grabbed for granted.
Because the thing is - it would be still your decision when to go in, out, and why.

Well I did not know there is some of the coins that you hodl. Algo, Sonic, Mana I did not know what they were but now I have seen there is better coins for you to invest in for the next 'bull cycle'.
I do think that all of us investors in crypto do need to have more Bitcoin then any other coin. We can invest in those coins you hodl so we can hedge our Bitcoin investment. But if you do not have Bitcoin I think you are going to be missing out on some big gains next cycle.
who does not want to invest in Bitcoin, but i think 100$-200$ is nothing for Bitcoin investment, so if small investors should investing in altcoins is good,
but of course have to buy real coins, those are top ranked coins, new listed coins are very risky,
because those coins will not be stable, Bitcoin is good choices all of the time.

@OP,  during bull market, you can not actually say for sure which token will pump because luckily for any random token, they will pump and so many of them will also dumb. Someone might tell you to buy a token but there high chance that the token might not get pumped. So, it's left for you to do a proper research on any token you like, before investing on it.

If you are new to crypto, you can start your investment with Bitcoin first and with time, you can make good choice of selecting other token to risk your money on.

Bitcoin is always good.
But regarding gems to spot - nothing beats newer alts with higher risk and potential at the table.
That's how it always was and will be.
So to minimize the risks, most should be put to work on something stable.

No one can give you any financial advice even i am also.  altcoin season still not start so you can definitely buy some coin for upcoming altcoin bull season. i can suggest some coin like ETH , SOL , TON , NEAR , TWT , BNB , BGB, ARB. I have told you the coins that I have had my eye on.  You do some analysis on your own and then choose which coins to hold for the bull run.  But definitely invest in multiple coins then the loss will be less on average.
