People have their own advice based on their own experience and understanding of the upcoming projects so don't blindly follow anyone's advice and think yourself too.
According to me, the best possible coins to invest in right now are - Ethereum, cardano, BinanceCoin, InternetComputer and PolkaDot.
The reasons are different but I am someone who invests in the product and the idea that is being implemented instead of going with the hype and market movement. These coins might fall down I don't care but if I have money in these coins I am certain that at some point, when the product is completed, they will have their say in the market.

I believe that BNB has a bright future because of its ecosystem BSC hence BNB will be there for a longer time as long as projects are still been listed and traded on Binance and also even with all the problem Ethereum is facing, I also still believe that Eth is still one of the projects to invest in for the future.
ETH and SOL, both of this coin have a really good community and keep growing from time to time. For me one sign of good coins are having many holders that won't crush it's price. as long as the coin have strong community and great future projects, a coin will grow but i'm not sure about replacing bitcoin but atleast those coins will have bright future

but at least it didn't make a very sharp drop in a short period of time except what happened when btc went down a lot in the past 2 days, after which the market started to recover and top altcoins I mean followed / recovered quickly compared to the others.

ETH in my opinion has a very big potential going forward and also ETH is still ranked as the second (2 )Top Coin with a very large number of users. You should always analyze certain altcoins first before making any move. I too usually look at the top 10 - 20 lists in CoinMarketCap for high potential coins that might catch my interests. But it doesn't end there. You can also find some hidden gems hovering around just outside of the top 100 or 200. All you have to do is do extensive research about that coin.
