LATX is young. I don't think it has the potential to go 100x, but def at least 10 once it gets on a better exchange than YoBit. It's well below ICO price right now. Perfect time to accumulate.
I think the amount of supply is very influential on the price, and the centralized coin also began to be abandoned by the community. Maybe you need to find a coin whose supply is limited and the price is in the range below $ 1.

Very few coins will reach that amount of growth in this year the market is too negative, very few people are as excited about this market as last year and while that may seem to be a small detail in fact it is incredibly important since most markets are driven by very simple forces, when things go right people think there are opportunities at every corner but when they don't they do not think that even safe opportunities are good enough. It's quite difficult to make a x100 and predict it. Right now I'm going with Multiversum and Helbitz but I don't think for a x100. It's something unpredictable imho, look at Verge on January 2017, a year after it made a x100 but who knows it potential one year before?

If we consider for a very long time . I think a few coins have that potential . EOS, Neo, Ethereum, Ripple
Now we can talk about many projects that appear on the market or are already available on the market, but if we talk about the fact that those projects that already have very small prices due to the fall of the market, they need to be invested in them.

I think Master Contract Token (MCT) have 100x potential. For a change I would recommend a real world asset as one which could make 100X in the future. It's the EON token and it's not just one of those wannabe "disrupting" projects which when you are investing exist only on paper and their company has barely a legal status. You need to look at brand-new coins , which are not even listed on coinmarketcap yet and have a tiny capitalization . They can easily make x100 or even more , but you should be aware of the risks associated with this .

I don't know if it is possible for coins from top-20 but the most promising for me are IOTA and XEM. First can become popular when IoT enters our lives, second one can become something like ethereum.
