Karamihan sa kanila laging kulang yung cash na hawak nila, kasi yung ibang branch umaasa lang din sa padala ng mga client nila at yun yung papaikutin nilang pera. Pero, may branch akong alam na pupunta ka lang ng maaga tapos sabihin mo kung magkano(na malaki) yung claim mo para after ilang hours makukuha mo na. Ang kailangan mo lang magpa-reserve o magsabi sa branch staff.
This is not convenient, LBC has to address this problem, I think their main business is logistics and they just added the remittance features.
I also experience that, actually if i remember correctly, it's just php 20,000 and they can't cater my cash out and they forward me to the nearest branches and good thing I don't need to fall in line to the branches where they forward me, but if its really urgent, we cannot expect we will get our cash out right away. I suggest that they have to increase their funding and maybe increase their fee if necessary.
Sa may M Lhuillier naman, ang pinakamalaking nawithdraw ko ₱20,000 at kabutihang palad naman lahat ng withdrawal ko wala silang problema at laging may cash ready sila.
