Coins.ph is a failure, they gave me only 13 digit number and said to withdraw using it? What the hell are they thinking. Their staffs don't understand English at all. Within 24 hours of assistance and yet leaving consumers behind? This kind of service should not be tolerated. They are slowly stealing from us, they aren't satisfied of their profit in trading.

They said that the security bank has the problem? Then why not the security bank itself send the message to our phones? Coins.ph is the sender and telling people that it's the banks fault? Even then they should have seen the egivecash card number firsthand and knowing it is lacking then they still sends it to the consumers?

Dont bash coins.ph too much kasi malaki din intensives nila saatin.

To Coins.ph Staff,

Bakit binaba niyo po ang limit sa pagwithdraw sa security bank using EGive? from 10,000.00 to 5,000 cash out
and from 100k down to 50k a month?
sila?

Maraming Salamat in advance po.
Mas ok na mag upgrade to level 3 unlike level 1 and 2.

Yung egive cash na cash out medyo matagal na yan ibinaba from 10k to 5k but hindi ibig sabihin nun na 5k per day lang, pwede mo parin naman ulit ulitin, pero sa totoo lang ayoko nang mag cash out gamit yan security bank egive cash kasi ilang beses na ko naka experience ng hindi maganda like hindi nag dispense ng pera yung ATM and yung code hindi gumana, hassle pa kapag ganun. Much better na sa cebuana nalang mag withdraw, hanggang 50k pa ang pwede mong icash out a day. About sa psbank cardless withdrawal, I already ask them about it pero sabi lang salamat sa suggestions and pag aaralan daw nila kung magiging available din ito for cashing out our Bitcoins through their platfrom. Lets just wait.

Edit: Sa bagong update ng coins.ph meron nang level 4 verified, which is custom ang limit ng deposit and withdrawal, hanggang 5 million pesos ang limit if I'm not mistaken.

Yup meron nga silang level 4 na ngayun pero my mga requirements like bank statement for 3 months,  proof of investments, audited financial staements, pay slip for 3 mos. and latest Tax returned signed or stamped by a Tax Authority.

tried to raise this concern via Twitter.. if they really want to charge us 20php for ETH, might as well let us use the wallet first and charge us on our first ETH to PHP / PHP to ETH transaction.

https://twitter.com/coinsph/status/978556184574623744

let see..
