over 40k unconfirmed transaction in the bitcoin network, coins.ph cant do anything. Its up to the miners to confirm your transaction but they are going to confirm the transactions which paid a larger miner's fee.

Yup, I understand this part. I was just thinking that maybe coins.ph can up the miners fee to get the transaction pushed. I don't mind paying extra.
I've even used the ViaBTC Transaction Accelerator but the transaction still doesn't have a single confirmation.

I have the same experience just lately, I found a good game to bet so I send money to my account but it does not work the usual ways. I guess there is a problem that time and I do not know now, also the confirmation of free transactions is really long so we will be force to go for the fees if we badly need our bitcoins to be receive.

mga boss.. ung fee sa coins.ph na sinasabi nyo.. meron tlaga nyan.. pro ung gina gamit ko ung free lang.. pro sa gabi ako nag ta transfer ng peso or bitcoin sa mga external wallet pra kina umagahan ma rereceive na, katulad ng Coinbase.. ung free fee uma abot hanggang 8-10 hours matagal tla ga bsata free.. medyo hindi tumutugma yung fee na binabawas sa coins.ph vs sa external wallet na pina dalhan mo. ex. sa Coinbase. kaya pgka receive mo na ex. sa Coinbase e minus mo ung sinend mo sa coins.ph vs na receive mo sa Coinbase. pra ma kuha mo ung fee.. and take note hindi nag tutugma ung "receiving" or "pending" sa external wallet ng Coinbase vs ung "sending" sa coins.ph on the process.. i dunno un yung na observe ko, pro ok nmn lahat pg na receive na..

Okay lang ang coins. So far so good for me. Nagkamali ako ng pagcash-in s bdo online, ang dapat kong babayaran ay 10,040 pero ang naitype ko pala 1,040 (kulang ng zero) tapos naclick ko na yung "mark as paid" na button. Chinat ko sila about this at naiayos naman nila. Very professional naman sila.

pangit na talaga ang coins.ph pati facebook page nila puno ng reklamo about sa fees na yan.
wala din naman kwenta kahit mag bayad ka ng malaking fee kasi babawasan din ng coins kukunin nila yung excess sa binayad mong miners fee hahaha
parehas din kayo sa gumamit ng free na option.

Ay ayun pala yung sinasabi ng iba na pero bakit ako mukha namang walang nabawas saaking fee nung nagsend ako ng btc address bakit po ganun ? Pero grabe naman po kung 100 php po yung sinend mo tas 141 php yung nabawas sa wallet. Perk sa tingin ko po baka mababago din iyan ng coins.ph.

Ngek yan na ata yung sinasabi nila na fee kapag masesend ka ng bitcoin mula sa coins.ph so kung nagsend ka ng 100 pesos tapos ang nabawas sa account mo ay 141 pesos sobrang laki nga nun kapag ganyan lagi ang nangyayari mawawalan sila nang customer. Parang nagkakaproblem na ata coins.ph ah. Trusted pa naman ako sa inyo sana maayos nila kaagad yang ganyang issue. Chat mo yung support nila chief .

@Dabs na try ko na din yang transfer to BPI family ko naman twice or thrice. Nung unang try ko eh small amount lang at vinerify ko mismo sa teller ng bank, okay naman may pumasok.

Tapos nung next tries ko na eh wala ng pumasok kaya nag taka na ako kasi still experimenting parin ako 100 ata amount nun, kaso walang pumasok kahit naverify sa text na na-deposit na daw.

That happened to me many times before, when I tried sending money to my bank accounts, the egivecash is also becoming unreliable, sometimes the 4 digit and 16 digit is not arriving at the same time sometimes, which took atleast few hours apart...

I hope that while they are adding new services to offer, should improve their priority first, as a local exchange site...

So I guess, its time to lock this thread as this is no longer useful? They could then create a new thread if they have a new official representative...
